1. The directory
Dentists in Los Angeles is a marketing directory listing dental practices in Los Angeles. We are not a healthcare provider, do not provide medical advice, and do not make clinical recommendations. Use the directory at your own discretion and verify credentials, insurance acceptance, and treatment plans directly with the practice you select.
2. Patient inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to forward it to the practice you selected so they can respond. We do not collect symptoms, diagnoses, or other medical information through the directory and ask that you not include it in the inquiry form.
3. Listings and claims
Practices may claim their listing by verifying ownership through the email associated with the practice. Claimed listings can edit their information and access analytics. We may remove or edit listings that contain inaccurate, abusive, or misleading content.
4. Paid listings (Verified, Featured, VIP, VIP Elite)
Verified, Featured, VIP, and VIP Elite plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the rates shown on the pricing page at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial months unless required by law. Trial periods, if offered, expire on the date shown in your dashboard.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your practice, scrape the directory, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being violated.
6. Reviews
Reviews displayed on the directory are aggregated from public sources or submitted by patients. We may moderate reviews that appear to violate platform policies but do not vet every review for accuracy.
7. Disclaimers
The directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the actions of any practice listed in the directory. Always confirm licenses, certifications, insurance acceptance, and treatment plans directly with the practice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the directory will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
