The staff is here is nice, but their professionalism and communication is terrible. I came in for sensitivity with a tooth back in February, and had to come back in three times because every "fix" they gave me did not work. By about the 4th time I came in, they determined I would need a root canal. They scheduled me with the prosthodontist who asked me which tooth it was. I told her that I couldn't give a 100% answer so would prefer them to confirm via x-ray so they didn't do the root canal on the wrong one. Instead, they relied completely on physical bite tests that relied on my own opinion. I told them multiple times that I was not 100% sure and wanted to make sure they found the correct tooth. Once I got the root canal, they did not prescribe me any pain medication, and I had to call back a few days later to request it. Not to mention, when they did the root canal, the dentist told me I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be taken out. I came back to the dentist a couple weeks later and they then told me she was wrong and I did not have a wisdom tooth that needed to be taken out, after they had already scheduled it to be taken out. This caused a lot of uneccessary stress that could have been avoided. To top it off, the dentist told me to come in at 3 pm on 7/18 to get the crown put on my tooth. After requesting time off work, I called the dentist to confirm since I never got a confirmation text. They told me they did not have me in the system? Additionally, I have now noticed that I still have sensitivity in the same area and they could have potentially done the root canal on the wrong tooth, which is what I told them we needed to avoid. After all of this back and forth, miscommunication, mischeduling, and misinformation, I told them to take me out of the system as I will be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE AS OF 10/29/25: I am no longer a patient here and have moved across the country. However, I have updated my review to three stars because while one of my crowns they did a year ago did crack prematurely, Dr. Andervkist was kind enough to replace it for me free of charge, in a timely manner as I was only in town for a few days. This saved me a lot of money considering my insurance wouldn’t cover it, which I am very appreciative.

We always have a very pleasant experience. The staff is very nice and professional, which is very important to us and the reason why we left the other dentist doctor Dushane is because Joey the receptionist would constantly upsell us. We would have work being done on our mouth and then he would interrupt us trying to sell us something. That’s why we left. We love this dentist because they do not try to upsell us. Keep up the excellent work Dr.

Dr. Tomas Anderkvist and his staff provide excellent service to their clients, with care and understanding of individual needs. State of the art equipment and efficiency makes my dental appointments quite pleasant. He always upgrades his equipment with the latest technologies to perform excellent service. I trust their decisions and work completely. Can't recommend them enough!

Dr Anderkivist, has been serving me for the last 9 years. I keep coming back to him because he does excellent work and he takes good care of me. He work is good quality when comes substantiality. I will continue to see him for always.

My dental appointment could not have been better! Anna is deft and thorough, Dr. Anderkvist is kind a supportive. The office is small, every client treated completely. They have my thanks and full confidence. I look forward to seeing them in six months and many times after. lois brenner
