I cannot recommend Dr. Kaitie Beetner enough! She was truly phenomenal! So thorough in her work and incredibly helpful with all my questions. A huge shoutout to her assistant, Sade, who was also fantastic and made the whole visit seamless. Everyone in the office was great and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend Dr. Beetner and her team more. They get you scheduled quickly, the entire team is a dream, and are so lovely and personable. It feels like everyone there knows you, as I often get asked about casual things mentioned in my previous visit. Truly feels like you're catching up with friends each time. They are so thorough as well, have always walked away so pleased with any cleaning or procedure. They're also incredibly responsive over email or text. Last but not least, I also love and appreciate that it's an all women team.

Dr. Katie is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked into her office, I felt cared for and listened to. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all questions with patience, and makes sure you feel completely comfortable. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion are unmatched. The staff is also incredibly kind and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Beetner’s practice is both beautiful and comfortable, creating a calming environment that removes much of the usual stress of going to the dentist. She is warm, welcoming, and extremely detail-oriented. My case was a bit complex and required referrals to two different specialists, but I really appreciated how seamlessly she collaborated with other excellent female dentists to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. While the treatment was long and sometimes frustrating, Dr. Beetner consistently went out of her way to be accommodating and to explain everything clearly in layman’s terms. Like most dentists, she also relies on outside vendors and labs, and at times those can be delayed or a little unreliable, which has meant a few extra visits. I think with more experience she’ll get better at staying on top of them to minimize that inconvenience. I’m very glad to have found her as my new dentist. She is clearly talented and committed to her patients, and I see a lot of potential as her practice grows. Because she is still early in her career, there are a few areas that could improve—for example, the front desk staff can feel a bit disorganized, and the office would benefit from a more reliable system to remind patients when cleanings or X-rays are due. I’ve had to follow up on those myself a couple of times. That said, these feel like small growing pains that will no doubt be resolved as her practice develops. Overall, Dr. Beetner is not only a caring and skilled dentist but also someone who genuinely makes her patients feel seen and comfortable. Her professionalism, thoroughness, and warmth set her apart, and I’m confident she will continue to grow into one of the truly outstanding dentists in the community. I feel lucky to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
