⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Western Dental. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to treatment. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. I’m happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable dental services.

Very disappointing experience at 12420 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90066. The front desk staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no professionalism or basic courtesy. I was genuinely shocked by the attitude and lack of respect toward patients. I strongly recommend that clinic management review their hiring and training standards. Please pay attention to the quality of your front office team — they represent your entire practice. A friendly smile and respectful communication should be the minimum standard in any healthcare environment.

I began to wonder about this place a while back wasn’t taking much time to clean my teeth one time just barely looked in my mouth and walked away. Said I was fine so I figured I’d just didn’t need cleaning ended up visiting an old dentist friend of mine he looked at my teeth and asked me why I hadn’t been getting them cleaned. He said it looks like there’s years of plaque built up on there and showed me black marks on the back of some of my teeth. But it seems like once a year when they can charge more to the insurance company, they do the deep cleaning so I guess the plan is not to clean my teeth very well and be able to charge more for the deep cleaning I will not be returning. It’s sad to think a dentist who’s taking a Hippocratic oath to help people is willing to let this happen not to mention every time you go there you wait an hour to get seen even though you showed up well before your appointment time

Very disappointed with my visit here. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, made it clear I was on Medi-Cal, and showed up prepared. After completing all the paperwork and providing my ID and insurance, I was told they don’t have Medi-Cal availability for root canals for two months. This important detail should have been communicated at the time of scheduling. Instead, I wasted valuable time and resources coming to an appointment I was never going to be seen for. Patients deserve transparency and respect for time gas etc — unfortunately, I didn’t experience that here. Wouldn’t come back the place alone looks ran down

I went to Western dental to see about getting some work done. They took my name and call me rapidly for the appointment. It was a little difficult dealing with the office staff that don't work in this particular office. As is usual these days we had to get prior authorization. I was told the process would take about 30 days but it happened in no time. Once that authorization came they sent me a text and I was there the next day. I'm on my way to a new smil minimal time waiting.
