I paid for my full treatment and they denied payments. Scam. I left without completing my treatment. Staff treated me like absolute garbage once I told them I was unable to complete the payment I had already made. Data systems are not frequently updated. Absolute mess of software they use, very dated, over populated. DO NOT go here if you want a pretty smile.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience due to the lack of clear communication. I scheduled my appointment specifically to have my crown placed, not for a check-up. However, when I arrived, I was told that the appointment was only for a check-up. All that was done were X-rays, after waiting over an hour. On top of that, I was informed that I would need to pay separately for the crown. I was under the impression that the crown was already included when I paid nearly $2,000 for my root canal. This was never clearly explained to me beforehand. I left work early expecting to receive my crown, only to waste my time on a basic check-up instead. This was completely unacceptable. When I originally made the appointment, I clearly requested a crown appointment, and I even confirmed it multiple times with the appointment clerk, who assured me it was scheduled correctly. Unfortunately, that was not honored.

Absolutely the worst service. Receptionist have zero compassion for elderly people who need help filling out forms or even have questions, they have an attitude like they despise their job. Very unpleasant place Western Dental in North Hills, should hire people who actually want to work, not bitter critters. Too late we realized this place seems to have fake 5 stars reviews, this one in the picture forgot to remove the quotation marks.

The entire office team is incredibly friendly and kind. I’ve had a great experience with my braces and absolutely loved being treated by Dr. Ryan. I later decided to continue my care with Dr. Asha, who is truly WONDERFUL she helped me with all my dental needs. Yhoselin was also amazing and answered all of my questions with patience and care. This is truly a top-tier dental office when it comes to customer service and overall experience. Highly recommended!
