West Coast Dental of North Hills

Ok, I had previously left a bad review about West Coast Dental of North Hills because at the time that is what they deserved. I had been charged for a service that I did not receive and what should have been a very simple and easily taken care of situation turned into years of me trying to get my money back and I had all but given up hope until a wonderful finance officer or front office worker I didn't even get her title, but she was honest and trustworthy and compassionate, all things that all those other people that I dealt with should have been, being in the positions they were in. And the reason I would ever think of choosing West Coast Dental as my Dental group is because of her. Thank you A. You know Who you are and YOU get 5 stars in my book. You will go far because you care about your clients, good people receive good things in return and you are a good person. West Coast Dental will get a new lease on life and a way better reputation then they have had, just because of you. It takes only one person to get the ball rolling. I wish you nothing but good things, A and I wish West Coast Dental Group all the best because of you!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was professional, the environment was clean and comfortable, and everything was done on time. I especially want to mention Sheri, the dental assistant. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole visit much easier. She explained each step, checked on me constantly, and showed real care. Sheri truly made the experience outstanding. I highly recommend this office and appreciate the great service.

I love this office my kids really enjoy coming to see the staff Diana, Nancy and Vanessa are so patient with us and Rosary is always so helpful with explaining my insurance benefits. The office is clean and joyful I recommend to all families.

My recent encounter with a dental office in the San Fernando Valley was nothing short of a nightmare. The mere mention of considering sedation for my operation resulted in an outright refusal to address my concerns. Instead of accommodating patient preferences, they callously directed me to one of only two other offices, each conveniently located over an hour away on the freeway. This draconian approach to dental care and the limited, inconvenient alternatives make this dental office an absolute horror show, an experience to be avoided at all costs.
