Avoid! I had the unfortunate luck of coming into this place when I had a toothache. No prior xrays were done when the Dr concluded my tooth was broken. I felt uncomfortable and wanted a second opinion. Went to another dentist and it turns out it's infection. Imagine if I would've ignored my gut. Well not only are the Dr's dishonest, their employees are ill-mannered. For the last few weeks I've been trying to cancel the followups and everytime I explain the situation they get defensive and hang up the call, leaving me with my words in my mouth. It's insulting being treated this way, no person seeking medical care should be stressing out about this. It's icky, inappropriate, and poor behavior from this whole clinic. Avoid!

Sonia is the sweetest receptionist. Every time I come in, she's always efficient, caring, and handles everything with precision! She makes my appointments with ease, make sure I get seen by the dentist within 20 minutes, and handles my health insurance cards with confidentiality. I always feel comfortable when she's behind the desk!

This is the absolute worst medical experience I've had in my 46 years of being on this earth. I had to see an endodontist here to get root canal treatments. The call center staff are the most incompetent and unprofessional I've ever experienced. I was waiting on approval from my insurance company for the treatment. I was told I would receive a phone call from West Coast Dental once the approval came through. I never received a call back from them and had to follow up with a phone call in which West Coast Dental first told me that my approval for a cleaning was in. They don't seem to take notes as they are completely clueless whenever I have to speak with the call center. I was not calling about a cleaning, I was calling about my root canal treatment. So I drove 6 hours to get the procedure done for 3 teeth and once I get there and am sitting in the chair they tell me that they can only give me a root canal for 2 of my teeth as nobody had cancelled their appointments today. So, they overbook on purpose and if your lucky you might get the actual full work you were expecting. I just called to get a copy of my report of the root canal at request of my dentist. Yesterday afternoon the girl I spoke with told me that her supervisor was in a meeting and would call be back in the morning. To my surprise, no call back. I called today and they told me to call the corporate office. I left two messages at the corporate office and have not received a call back. I just called the call center again and they said they would email it to me in 10 minutes. She says, "we will send it to the email we have on file". I ask her, "what email do you have on file?". She then proceeds to give me an incorrect email address. Figures. I get better, more professional service at my local fast food restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I don't even know how they even have 3.5 stars. What a joke.

Very weird vibe in here. It’s 6pm still waiting for my prescription, was supposed to be sent when I left at 3. Pharmacy has no record yet. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable at this place. People just weren’t very friendly very and cold and distant. Felt like I was a part on an assembly line. The xray tech and the hygienist were both very sweet and welcoming and informative so I appreciated them a lot. Won’t be coming back here I decided. Gonna find another dentist asap.

I came in for an 8 AM appointment for my two-year-old &, I showed up about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK because they have a 15 minute grace Period.. My two-year-old tends to have a difficult time with people just checking her mouth, but she did her best and the staff was so understanding & Amazing and extremely patient. They did very well with the cleaning and it was super fast She got a cool Oral-B electric toothbrush afterwards And then we were given extra regular toothbrushes, floss & toothpaste for the whole family too We were out of the office by 9 AM with new appointments set for the whole family. It was a great Saturday morning . It was a very fast experience.
