Dr. Karen Baghdasaryan took out my wisdom tooth like a Ferrari tire. Very efficient, painless, and informative with post care instructions. He was Awesome.

The doctor and his team are absolutely phenomenal! If I could give them a 6/5, I would. I've never felt so cared for at a dentist's office. The doctor is truly in a league of his own. He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, from the procedure itself to the reasons behind it, and he never makes you feel rushed. He’s incredibly patient and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The entire staff is just as amazing—they are all kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing the best possible experience. The level of care and attention to detail here is unmatched. I can't recommend them enough!

I had an absolutely superb experience today at Dr. Karen/ Viva Smile Dental Office in Granada Hills. I was dealing with a painful toothache since yesterday, and with a scheduled trip later today, I was really worried. Despite not having an appointment, Dr. Karen and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Karen was incredibly professional, compassionate, and skilled. My tooth was in very bad shape, with severe decay that could have caused it to break apart during extraction. However, he handled the procedure with such expertise that the removal was completely pain-free. He also provided clear instructions before and after the procedure, ensuring I knew exactly how to take care of my recovery. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Karen and his amazing staff. Thanks to their exceptional care, I can now enjoy my trip pain-free. Highly recommend this office to anyone in need of top-quality dental care!

When my amazing dentist retired I had to look for a new one and I found Viva! The whole team at Viva is so nice and welcoming. They have modern equipment and are so thorough, explaining everything. Dr. Baghdasaryan really took time with me. Nothing has ever felt rushed They are very patient-centric and it helps so much for people like me who can dread the dentist. I’m happy I found them!

Dr. Karen Baghdasaryan is the absolute BEST!!!, in my opinion he is super star wiht magical hands(mostly no pain and no panic friendly treatment), cant believe his injection talent meaning you can’t notice that he did injection on jaw bone, brand new office with great interior design, i have admired and advised about small suggestion for his office, he patiently listened and he said that he will implement, i was so happy that he has listened from patient, great guy will only listen from patients, in his office great smell like open air place, his staff is amazing, front office young girl is beautiful and 5 star response for my questions, his staff is always respond to my phone calls and quick too. Dr. Karen fixed my 2 implants fully with couple visits and 1 implant half done in Glendale office 3 years back, I have tried to other dental offices in Glendale for half implant fix, Dr. Vartan Karamian tried to help me in Glendale, he has verified and ordered implant tooth, after his visit one day what happened was while sleeping screw came out from my half implant and sat in my mouth, I was worried with screw and visited Dr. Vartan Karimian DDS, he said that he can’t fix immediately and advised to wait indefinite days, nightmares seen, finally I have decided to search in google on Dr. Karen name and found in Granada hills office, i have called and got appointment quickly because of my urgency situation, their front office listened and given quick appointment and visited their office, thank god I caught Dr. Karen in Granada hills finally. he recognized me and gave me hug also, felt happy like brother. he took off old steel screw from my hand which is longer than needed and fixed with his short black screw, he said that short screw is good, and unfortunately my implant hole was closed almost because of without screw in couple days, he took care nicely and fixed and ordered tooth, I have waited almost one month for new implant teeth. I have lot of confidence on his skills, I wanted to know and ask where he was graduated, but I did not ask him, what an amazing doctor, fixed my half implant in 5 minutes and his assistance nurse is also great. I took a picture in his Granada brand new great office with him along with my daughter, here I am posting that picture also. I have asked question about my daughter(8-year-old) dental braces for best age and time, he has seen my daughter teeth and advised me that wait for couple years, thank you so much Dr. Karen sir for that free advice without appointment for my daughter. Thanks to Dr. Karen and his staff, I'm completely at ease. Everyone in Dr. Karen’s office is so caring and compassionate. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. A special shout out to young girl and assistants, for always being so kind and friendly. I have seen many dental doctors for 13 years in Los Angeles area, but Dr. Karen is different, super doctor, trust me, you can't see similar doctor like Dr. Karen, he is so compassionate and talent and quick treatment and dental care and good age(50 Years). I think he has special skill on anesthesia because he did many times and observed absolute dosage given to me, he will give anesthesia if required only, God bless you sir. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and relatives and if i have chance to visit dentist in LA, I will only see Dr. Karen.
