Not only did they fail to provide clear information about my copay upfront, but they also called me randomly demanding immediate payment over the phone, threatening to send me to collections if I didn’t comply. The lack of transparency and rude behavior from the office staff was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, their unprofessionalism has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
