I had an excellent experience at Torrance Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, professional, and efficient. Lily and Glenda are great! The waiting area was clean and calming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Raffi and their team were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and exam, and answered all my questions with patience and care. The technology they use is up-to-date, and I appreciated how thorough yet gentle the hygienist was during the cleaning. What really stood out was the level of genuine care—this didn’t feel like a rushed appointment. It felt like they truly cared about my dental health. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care in a friendly, professional setting!

It’s my first visit at Torrance Dental Center and I was there only for a checkup. At this time, it’s all about first impressions for me. The clinic was clean and did not smell at all. The ladies in the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The attending staff and dentist were very polite and professional. Dr. Rafie clearly explained his findings and recommendations. He was very willing to listen to my concerns. He answered all my questions in clear and concise terms.

Good experience, seen on time, no unnecessary paperwork. Good staff, to the point, asked for a deep cleaning and after brief exam it was done! Probably one of the best cleanings in years! I know what my teeth need, and if a dentist understands that and provides guidance and does what is asked, they deserve an A+
