Tooth Shop Dentistry

To be honest when I first started going here over three years ago it was great! The doctor was great. The staff was great. They were easy to communicate with follow-up. Everything was wonderful. Then it would say maybe a year or two ago everything changed. They didn't have my appointments on schedule. There was no follow-ups. The staff was completely different. My dental hygienist was still very nice but the staff was never the same. I am an attorney and my schedule changes and I've always appreciated that. They've always worked with me with my schedule and I have never even been told there was such a thing as a cancellation fee until today. When I called to try to reschedule my appointment from tomorrow because I had a hearing come up, I was told that I need to pay $75. After explaining to the gentleman who answered the phone that I was in shock, I've been coming here for over 3 years and I've never been charged a cancellation fee. They've always worked with me. He explained that he's looking at my file and he sees that I've never been charged to cancellation fee, but now he's going to charge me. No warnings nothing. This place has been going downhill for the last few years and unfortunately I will no longer be going here anymore.

Since the change of the front desk manager, this dentist office is no longer desirable. Walter Cruz (current office manager) is disrespectful and dismissive and should not be operating as a “manager” in any way shape or form. I was last seen in September by Dr. Duarte, and the front desk manager at the time, Martha. Both ladies are amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. During that appointment, they gave me a quote for 3 services that I was interested in doing before the year ends. I still have the copy of that quote, and it is signed and dated. Yesterday I stopped by the office to make an appointment for later this week. Walter lets me know that Martha is no longer there (which he answered in a strange tone when I asked) and he gives me a new quote, more than double the original. I still have the copy I was given in September. Not only is he refusing to honor the original rate, he is refusing to let me speak with his manager or anyone else to get assistance. He was extremely dismissive on the phone, and addressing other residents WHILE I was speaking to him. He is extremely disrespectful, and he is the reason I will no longer be going to this office. This is very sad given how much I was looking forward to my appointment with Dr Duarte. I will happily return to being a patient here once Walter no longer works here.

Dr. Angela is great, she takes excellent care of my teeth and is so professional and gentle. Walther at the front desk is also very helpful and friendly. The team were just so kind, and every visit has been great :)

I had such a great experience during my visit! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, great office vibes with the music, screens in the ceilings, and being able to see the pictures being taken of my teeth 🤓 I was referred here based on my friend’s great experience and the practice def lived up to the expectation! Thanks again TS Team, another happy customer! PS: DJ Walter keep it up with the music playlists 🎶

The dental hygienist is just wonderful. She's so personable, likeable, and professional, Every time I go she shares information about my past visits, and how my teeth and gums are doing, and also provides input and suggestions. Going to the dentist isn't usually fun, but they make it better and more personable.
