You know how you think when you go to the dentist? How dread sometimes sets in? Well, never fear! Dr. Moncoya and her staff make you feel comfortable and even glad to be there. The doctor explains everything, works swiftly and very efficiently, and to top it off, I barely felt anything. Her staff is a dream and I can tell they are a team. I would highly recommend them to one and all. By the way, my dear friend - who is a retired dentist - goes to Dr. Moncoya. She was right. There is no one better.

DR. Cerisa Clouse is amazing, I have been her patient since I moved with my son to the Palisades back in 2017 and I have nothing but gratitude and love towards her and her team professionals. Thank you so much for treating me with so much love and care for all this years! I will never forget my first visit with you and your kindness towards me when I couldn’t speak well! NEW SMILE !!! Dr Cerisa placed veneers on me and gave a new and improved smile! I felt comfortable and put at ease with each step of the veneer process from choosing the shape ,color along with size of the teeth . I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision . I thought she was very professional and cared about my journey personally as if I was a family member. I am so happy with the outcome and thank her and her great team she has at The palisades Dentists. I highly recommend her !!!

I probably should start in the beginning. I have feared going to the Dentist all of my life. REALLY FEARED!!! I met Cerisa and Max and realized immediately that they were different. I felt comfortable. I spoke to them about making an appointment to start taking care of my neglected teeth. I first had my teeth cleaned by Rebecca. Besides being very sweet she did a great and painless job of cleaning them. When I arrived to the office Marily greeted me. She was also very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The office and all the equipment is really up to date. It is State of the Art. Everything is amazingly clean. They keep up with all the protocols for the Corona Virus. I came for the first part of the crowns and implants and I have never felt so calm. They put me to sleep as I had requested and it went without a hitch. I woke up following the procedure. I did not feel any pain. I do not remember leaving the office. I wanted to say goodbye to all the wonderful people. I don't remember that at all. They did tell me later that I had said goodbye. Fortunately my wonderful wife picked me up and drove me home. I am writing this review early because I am so happy with everything so far. Dr. Max Moncayo has a great bedside manor. But more than that he knows what he is doing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience that I have put off for years. I will be able to smile with an open mouth no longer hiding my bad and missing teeth. No more avoiding going to the dentist for me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Now you can see the finished product. I am sooooo happy! I wish that I had met Drs. Moncayo much earlier. But you know what, it is never too late. You can see from these pictures how wonderful my smile looks now. Thank you for an AMAZING experience. If you are one of those people like I used to be then come here and fear no more. My wife started working with Dr. Carly long before she had purchased this practice from Dr. Francis in Jan 2016. Since the purchase, Dr. Carly had gutted the old office, and the word remodel doesn't even come close. She has incorporated all of the latest and greatest technology and creature comforts. It feels more like a high-end spa than a dental office. You’ve got iPads and Netflix or Pandora in every room or noise cancelling headphones if you like. Personally, I prefer to just kick back in the comfy chairs and disconnect for a little while. There have been so many advances in dentistry over the past few years and Dr. Carly has made sure she added them all. She’s got the “wand”, a painless anesthetic delivery system, digital x-rays, and a micro camera that gives you an up-close view as she works. I really haven’t seen anything like it! BUT, it really is the staff that separates this place from all other practices. I have never met a greater bunch of people in my life, and I am not just saying that because I am married to one of them! :) I would never have taken the time to write a review for someone that I didn’t believe in whole-heartedly and whom I trust implicitly with the health of my wife and baby girl.
