If you’re looking for a dental office with decent prices this office is for you . Very modern vibe with the latest dental technology! It definitely feels like home . The staff is amazing and the doctors as well! Doctors are available all week and for emergencies ! The hygienist is hands down is the best!! I really enjoy my cleanings and there’s free parking as well!

“Tarzana Smile Center”did a faulty veneer procedure that cost me thousands of dollars, and within a few months I suffered pain and the loss of several teeth. After my complaint to the California Dental Board, the clinic agreed in a written, stamped agreement to replace them with implants, but they requested the full amount to be paid in advance. Even after I paid in full, at my recent appointment they demanded an extra $2,000 and refused to honor the deal. Such inexperienced and unprofessional conduct!!! I am pursuing legal and regulatory action and want to warn others not to fall into a dishonest and unpleasant experience at “Tarzana Smile Center.”

The front office staff was friendly and professional. The dental assistant was wonderful - kind, funny, and we had a nice conversation while taking X-rays. The dentist entered, a young woman. It was nice to see her, not to deal with a man for a change. She was very sterile, clinical, and ‘just the facts, ma’am’. I can deal with that personally trait, however what I found disconcerting was while I was answering a question she asked, the dentist cut me off mid-sentence. Rude. Time is of the essence with regard to the work I need done. I will confront the dentist when I return to clear the decks and, at that point, I will ascertain the next best course of action. Fair is fair.

Staff seem genuinely happy to work there and are all super personable/friendly. Operates on a much higher level of professionalism than other dentistry offices. I feel totally confident referring friends and family here. They also transformed my wife’s entire smile and gave her an entirely new confidence. Very appreciative for this place.

I'm not happy here at all. They made a bridge without doing a CT scan and it broke after a while. After the fracture, they said that an implant was needed. For 1 month I traveled with a broken bridge with 6 broken teeth on the front side. And also, they did deep cleaning of my lower teeth and a tooth started to hurt. When I told them about the pain said that 1 tooth had a problem in the root canal. They took payment for this. Then my other tooth started to hurt. I went and they told me "your tooth has become sensitive because of deep cleaning and the pain will go away in time". The pain still continues. And I'm going to another doctor right now. When I told them I was in pain, instead of finding the cause of the pain, they numbed me 3 times and when I said I still felt it, they used a heavier numb. I couldn't feel one side of my head. And other problems. I lost my time, money, health and had psychological problems. Also, They charged my insurance too much and I paid for it too. Now my insurance won't pay for my teeth. And I didn't know that. I'm getting them done out of my own pocket.
