My 4th or 5th visit for tooth extraction(s). Dr Ho and the staffs, both clinical and administrative/reception are absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Zero post procedure pain, which always perplexes me, but none. Highest rating possible for this crew. Thank you. Also always on time and efficient.

Came to see Dr Cheung on recommendation from my dentist to deal with inflammation in my mouth, after not having success with regular primary care physicians. I wish I had come here sooner, this is such an excellent practice, well equipped, and super friendly. Dr Cheung is outstanding, highly professional, and was able to get to the issue immediately. I highly recommend him and this El Segundo office.

The most professional clean office. The staff is outstanding…from the front desk to the doctor. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease…first time having a big procedure and they made sure I was calm and comfortable with the whole process. I hope that I don’t have to see them but if I ever need another procedure…this is my office.

The best! From the doctors to the staff, everyone was very attentive and kind, taking care of every detail. I went for implant surgery and was seen by Dr. Ho. Everything was excellent. The procedure was very quick, but the best part was that I had almost no pain after the surgery. I was surprised when I received a message from the doctor in the afternoon asking how I was doing, which I loved because they stay in touch with their patients even after the visit. 10/10 👌🏻

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Extraction: 10/10. Before surgery, I was walked through what to expect and shown an informational video. They also fully assessed my teeth with both 2D and 3D scans to see any potential risk factors prior to surgery. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I was really nervous as it was my first time getting an IV, but Dr. Ho started the IV and I barely felt a thing. They allow you to fill prescriptions in-house for $10 each which is awesome. When I woke up my pain meds were ready to go and I just left. Recovery: 10/10. This office offers Exparel shots and I opted to pay extra for them. Throughout recovery I've only felt jaw pain plus aching in 1 extraction site, the other 3 sites I guess were recovered by the time the Exparel wore off. Dr. Ho very kindly texted to check how I was doing on the evening of my surgery (even though it was a Friday), and I had an emergency number to call if I needed it. He was very responsive via text. They do a 1 week checkup post-surgery to see how you're healing and assess if you need more checkups from there. Customer Service: 10/10, the ladies at the front desk were polite and accommodated me when I needed to ask questions or reschedule an appointment. Dr. Ho was very professional and patient in answering all of my concerns. Veronica assisted with my surgery and she was especially sweet, offering me encouragement when I was super nervous. Customer service is really a highlight of this office. Overall I felt very supported through this whole process and would absolutely return here if I ever need oral surgery again.
