SmileWell Family Dentistry is AWESOME! I had a 12:00 pm appointment and an important meeting at 1:00 pm, so timing was tight. I arrived 15 minutes early and explained the situation, and the entire team went above and beyond to help me out. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and doctor all worked efficiently and seamlessly to accommodate my request and…… they even skipped their lunch to make sure I made it to my meeting on time. That level of care and dedication is rare. Bravo to the whole SmileWell team! Highly recommend!

I'M SPEECHLESS... the love the consideration, the quality the care the generosity is AUDACIOUS. I love their work.The attention to detail & color consistently always on top. They always know exactly what I need. I'm never worried or concerned. I can actually sit back and know that they are actually doing outstanding work that lasts. My dentist, she is doing implants & I trust her fully. They're doing a bridge removal implants and replacing my crowns. Every single person in this office is always smiling. Kind, funny, joyous, full of zest. The office itself is always full of happiness. I will never go to any other dentist, but my dentist here at SmileWell. I just wanted to say thank you to all my dentist, and the staff for amazing care. I seriously love you guys...🥰🤗

Omg! If you are looking for an excellent dentist but maybe a little scared of needles or just going to the dentist, Smile Well is for you! The location is very convenient, especially for those who live in the South Bay. I have been a Proud Patient of Smile Well since the previous and amazing dentist Dr. Lontoc. I am so grateful that the staff is the same and personally knows me and my daughters, which makes them feel like family. From the friendly front office staff, to the professional dental assistants, to the personable hygienist and the patient and attentive dentist. Although I dread having fillings or having to get a crown, the experience feels like as if I was a customer in first class due to being offered your preference of music or show, a blanket and a neck pillow! All services are professionally done and I have never had any issues with their recommendations or billing! They are not out to take you down for your last penny and are very financially honest! The reminders via phone and text are consistent and perfect! I Highly Recommend Smile Well!!!! You Will NOT be disappointed... I promise!!!!

A huge shoutout to Ate Bhelle, who is an exceptional hygienist. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Her friendly personality puts me at ease, and my cleaning has never felt this comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. If you’re looking for excellent care, ask for Ate Bhelle, you won’t be disappointed!

Been with Smilewell (different name when my family started going here but almost all the same people and definitely the same great service) for almost a decade now. My wife, my daughter and I all come here for our regular cleaning and other dental needs. Belle and Dr. Pham are our favorite people here and all of the ladies in the front desk are super helpful and friendly. They explain what ever procedure you may need thoroughly and go through the insurance / payment in detail with you. Never had a bad experience here so they are highly recommended.
