This is my second time receiving treatment here. The hygienist, Arina, cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and meticulously. She cleaned each tooth carefully without causing any pain. I felt she was very dedicated to her work. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Christopher Chung treated me and provided detailed advice on dental care, helping me understand the treatment properly. I highly recommend this doctor. I was very impressed with the service I received.

I really like Dr. Chung. He is so sharp and knowledgeable. He is really amazing. I am very impressed with his skills and his knowledge. I had an issue with my teeth. The other dentists I went to weren’t able to help me. My friend highly recommended Dr. Chung to me so I went for a consultation. On my first appointment, after talking to me, he started working on my teeth right away, taking x-rays, checking my teeth, and He fixed the problem I had! He explained everything to me so patiently and clearly. He did a really great job. I also want to thank his office staff. They were all very organized, friendly and professional. I am just so impressed and grateful. I’m going to recommend him to all my friends and anybody who might need a great dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Christopher Chung at Smile Again, LA location for a little over two years now. I have had routine teeth cleanings to fillings, to implant consults to new crowns to root canal and most recent, extensive work done to save a tooth and get new bridge work. Finding a good dentist is not easy, and I am so glad I found Dr. Chung and Smile Again Dentistry. The work he does is excellent and done professionally. With even major work, I experienced only but little discomfort initially but no pain. Dr. Chung uses state of the art technology to deliver outstanding service. Him and his staff is truly a pleasure to work with. They are courteous, sweet and attentive. The office is well managed. There is a wonderful rapport between him and his staff which makes such a difference, so pleasant. Love the teamwork and comradery. They are experienced and are able to work with insurance for claims and open to work with you on payment plan if/as needed. Dr. Chung is not only a good dentist who is knowledgeable and experienced, but he also has excellent bedside manners. He is thoughtful and consultative in his approach. He has steady hands and works with precision. He is also able to handle patients of full age range spectrum as I have seen him work with my elderly parents on their dentures and have also gotten great feedback from my God-son who is also now a happy patient there as well. We know we are in good hands with Dr. Chung. We know he knows what he is doing and would do his best to work with us to make the best decisions for us and for our total health. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung and Smile Again, L.A. without reservation.

So far my this place has exceeded my expectations. I've had military dentists, dentists abroad in other countries and dentists in other states. I can say confidently that I am in good hands when I come here. The place is in pristine condition, the dental hygienists are experienced, knowledgeable, and capable. The front desk is amazing. Their actually helpful and pleasant to talk to. The equipment is top notch. This place uses only white fillings for cavities, no more of the silver stuff. Their prices are very affordable should your insurance not cover a certain procedure. My wife and I got a crown and retainers and now I'm recommending my mom here as well

Had a bit of a dental emergency and I was in a bit of a rush to get a consult for a potential root canal/implant. Sleuthed the internet via google/Yelp, most places were booked or had specialists with limited availability. I was recommended to Smile Again Dental Group by a friend and am VERY thankful I was. I was able to consult with a few offices and paid for X-rays before coming here. Although the other offices were nice, Smile Again was by far the most accommodating with my schedule and the entire staff is beyond welcoming. Within two days I was able to get X-rays, CT Scan, plan of treatment, and a tooth extraction (which was painless btw). Still got a ways to go in this process but thus far I’m extremely pleased, big thank you Dr. Chung, Ian, and the rest of the staff!! Helpful facts: - Parking Lot: Y’all know Koreatown is a black hole of despair when it comes to parking haha. - Clean/Newer office and machines that look like they came out of Steve Jobs’ brain. - Couldn’t find many reviews via Yelp but found out this is a new second location with their flagship being in Van Nuys. - Dr. Chung was VERY clear and concise with treatment plan options and was able to answer all my concerns and queries.
