Silverlake Smiles is truly exceptional. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment you walk in. The office is modern, clean, and very well organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in Los Angeles.

I’ve been going to Silverlake Smiles for over two years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience with them. As someone who typically dislikes going to the dentist, the Silverlake Smiles team has been incredible at easing my discomfort and anxiety. I really appreciate how transparent they are about costs and how they never pressure you into procedures that aren’t necessary. I recently needed a replacement for a botched filling from a previous dentist, and the entire process was a positive experience. From the consultation—where everything was clearly explained—to the actual replacement, I felt informed and well cared for. The staff was incredibly kind and encouraging, especially knowing the procedure would be uncomfortable. I highly recommend Silverlake Smiles!

I started Invisalign treatment in December of 2025. I noticed a bit of spacing in my lower tray about 3 months in. I was told to use a towel or chewies to bite down on the trays when putting them back on. I went for X-rays about a month or so later. The woman who took them said my bones did seem stable and were moving too fast and to switch to every 2 week changes instead of one week. She also said that will help with the spacing in the bottom tray. I finish treatment and my top row are clearly not straight and the bottom row looks almost worst than when I started but just in a different way. The dentist tried to say they were fine and I actually had to advocate for myself that they were in fact not fine and I needed further treatment. When my refinements came I was disheartened to see it would be about 6 more months of treatment. I expressed as much. The dentist was argumentative and calling me names. Which obviously is childish. I told her about the other person in her office I saw that told me to change to every two weeks — the dentist said I should not have listened to her. Which is nothing short of insanity, If someone works in your dental office of course the patient is going to follow what they are told. Foolishly I took my trays and went home. About a month in I noticed the spacing was back. The person I saw i told her and she said it was fine. I came back in a couple of weeks later and said rescan as I’ve been down this road before. Reluctantly they did. I got a second set of refinements and same issue. I go today to pick up my third set and they only had the bottom row. My top row is still not straight and they’re trying to tell me they are and to wear my old top tray for 28 weeks whole changing out the new lower set of aligners. Pure insanity and the definition of gaslighting. I again advocated for myself. Since the dentist was not in the receptionist stepped outside to call her. When she came back on she wrote me a referral to an orthodontist they work with and told me they would cover the costs. I do not trust Silverlake Smiles and I am weary of any recommendations they make. Yet I’ve made an appointment with the orthodontist to vet them and their services. I will update this space once I’ve done that. I also have appointments with other orthodontists. Which I am heavily leaning toward. Silverlake Smiles has proven to be incompetent and I am not confident in anyone they would recommended. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Silverlake Smiles. There are too many better options out there than to risk your dental health and mental health.

Silverlake Smiles not only has a nice ring to it, they have great people who work there. From Brenda at the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Juliet Ebrahimian herself. Any questions you may have are answered in complete detail, they work hard to help you prevent cavities, root canals, etc. However, if one is needed, they do their best to provide the best care possible. Highly recommend

I’ve been here a few times now and absolutely love this place. I’m so relieved to have found a dentist in LA who genuinely takes care of my teeth without making me feel taken advantage of (especially after a bad experience elsewhere that affected my husband). Silverlake Smiles is nothing like that. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The office is clean, well-run, and every dentist and assistant I’ve worked with has been wonderful.
