The front desk staff here is unbelievable rude and talk in a very matter- of-fact dismissive way , no professionalism. I thought other reviews were isolated incidents until I personally encountered one myself after coming for years. I rather look elsewhere.

Like other reviewers have said, the front office was incredibly unhelpful and uncaring. My partner had been in pain since her visit a month ago where they said they couldn’t do anything until they heard back from her insurance. She has called back repeatedly to get updates or see if they can do anything for her pain and they have been nothing but dismissive and rude, hanging up on her and making sure she knew it was “if” her insurance gets approved and not “when.” Absolutely reprehensible behavior towards people in need of care.

Amazing staff — super friendly and professional! The office is very clean and organized, and they do their work quickly without making you feel rushed. Everyone is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process. I felt comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr Lucy/Lucine is such a lovely person and did a beautiful job on my dental work. I’m glad she’s in the area and happy to have a new dentist. They have free drinks while you wait like iced coffee, sodas, water and the office is nice and has a clean and calm environment.

Dr. Lucy is amazing, caring and great at what she does! Dr. Lucy explains the process before starting any process and repeats the process while completing the task. Throughout the process she always makes sure to ask her patients if they are okay. The results are great and I would not change my dentist at all. I have been to multiple dentist in the past and it is hard to find a good dentist. Now that I found Dr. Lucy, I recommend her to everyone.
