Doctor Aaron is great and I appreciate his professionalism, but aside from that I am not happy with my ongoing time here. I received Invisalign treatment and agreed to do monthly payments, and there was two separate instances now where the office didn't charge me one month “because of the holidays and office closures”, so I was billed twice in one month. This happened twice now, even after voicing my complaint the first time and then agreeing that this wouldn’t happen again. I find it very unprofessional as this disrupts my other monthly bills and payments schedule. After this last payment I will no longer be returning for any other services. Not only that, but there’s been multiple occasions where the receptionist overbooks clients and I don’t get seen until an hour AFTER my appointment time. I understand this happening once or twice, but it’s become an ongoing issue in which my patience feels taken advantage of.

I had an amazing experience at Sherman Oaks Smile Center! The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, organized, and very welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their patients—not just rushing you through, but actually giving great service. I’m really happy with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Best dentist in Sherman Oaks!!!!! I can’t recommend Dr. Kahen enough. From his kind and gentle demeanor, to his soft touch he truly makes you feel at ease. I always know im in good hands when visiting his office. He is honest, patient and has you and your teeth in his best interest. I bring my entire family here including my children. He is a family dentist but mainly for adults. Thank you Dr. Kahen and his wonderful staff. We are so lucky to be your patients. If you’re looking for a good quality dentist, come to this dental office!!!! Very clean office, and located in a shopping center so convent as well.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Tina and Eleanor at the front desk—they immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an incredible visit. Andrea, who handled the x-rays, was gentle and efficient, making the process smooth and comfortable. The hygienist, Dr. Narzgol, was attentive and knowledgeable, and the doctor himself was kind, thoughtful, and clearly an expert in his craft.

This dentist office is a miracle. The last 3 dentist offices I’ve seen were either unethical or were forceful and shaming me for my dental hygiene. This has caused great anxiety to the point where I get shaky, can’t talk and cry and need to ask for sedation. I originally called the office and spoke to Tina about how I have been trying to get cavities filled for almost a year due to not being comfortable with or able to have a dentist treat me. Tina was very proactive about making an appointment and ensuring me that she would call me if there were any earlier openings (Which she did!). She was kind and understanding about my anxiety and said the doctor is the best and if after going the treatment plan I still want sedation that they have it available. Allen did my X-rays very fast and efficiently and polished my teeth and is a very professional mellow guy. Dr. Aaron Kahen is the best dentist I’ve seen in 28 years. He is a great listener and communicator and you can tell he really cares about his patients and work. He gave me faith that there are actually good dentist out there. If you are in the valley definitely choose him as your dentist because he will truly take care of you and your teeth.
