This place is horrible and the dentist and hygienist do lousy work. I first had an issue with my deep cleaning which was rushed and ended up having to get another deep cleaning 3 months later. Also had a crown done a little under 2 years ago and it popped off last week. The dentist Dr. Pharam was rude and very argumentative with me about my concern to this and wanting a refund. I paid about $1000 for this crown and they only refunded $300 but he was very apprehensive about and rude. Horrible place but the receptionist is kind

New patient: impressed with the level of professionalism by the dental and the office staff. Good communication with patients and generally relaxed and comfortable environment. Dr. Parham impressed me and instilled confidence. Update April 2025: this office has been our family dentist for several years now and we continue to be satisfied both with the dental care and with the office support. They have an excellent appointment reminder system and are very patient helping with insurance questions.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was given at this oral surgeons office. Let me start with the front desk. Staff Josie was incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, super friendly, and very professional. She helped navigate a lot of insurance issues that I was having with other offices and was very patient with me and made sense of a lot of nonsense. Other officers were giving me. She also communicated with Delta dental and Delta dental told me how nice she was unprofessional after my visit with the doctor, she was very very professional with giving me a treatment plan and gave me lots of options so as far as Josie is concerned, I thought she was amazing Haley! the other front desk girl was equally wonderful, super friendly, super helpful, super professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with Now let’s go to the oral surgeon. I thought he was great. He really laid out different options for me he was very patient. He was very specific with different things that needed to be done and even after the visit at the front desk, he also gave me some more information so I absolutely thought he was great. I’m going back from my surgery in about two weeks and I must tell you I couldn’t be more pleased. I actually went to see Josie a day before my visit to work out insurance issues and she spent about 3540 minutes navigating the ridiculous amount of paperwork. My insurance was asking for so all around I can give this office is 10 stars if I could they were fabulous

Both my partner and I can’t say enough great things about this office! It is rare to find a medical office where everyone, including the office staff are amazing. It’s so comforting to know that it’s always going to be a stress free experience, both in person and over the phone. Having to deal with the financial side of things and insurance is always stressful, but the staff here is unbelievably patient and understanding. When I first came to this office, I had already been to 5 other dentists over multiple years, trying to decide the best way I should proceed, in replacing a 30 year old bridge. Every other dentist I went to, gave me different advice and none of them sounded particularly confident. I was previously told that I’d need to have anywhere from 4-6 healthy teeth pulled and replaced all in the front of my mouth. Dr Parham said that he was going to try not to pull ANY, but it was no surprise that I did lose 1, due to significant bone loss. I’ve been so pleased with everything, I even managed to convince my partner, who has a fear of doctors and doctor offices, to finally take care of the major cosmetic work that he needs. Between the two of us, we have had dozens and dozens of appointments, dealt with all of their doctors & staff and have had multiple different types of treatments. Every experience was great, everyone is very friendly patient and professional. They are also very thorough and patient when explaining your options. We’ve never felt that we couldn’t trust what they were saying or that they were trying to get us to spend more money than necessary. The other thing that makes a huge difference, is that because they specialize in cosmetic dentistry, everything is handled by one office. When I was previously trying to get my bridge replaced, it was so confusing because a regular dentists would have only handle a small portion of it. They still needed to confer and consult with, a periodontist and an oral surgeon and whoever else, before they could make decisions and quote estimates, etc. The process can be extremely overwhelming and confusing, leaving you unsure if you’re making the right decision and just how many thousands of dollars it will ultimately cost you.

Please find another office QUICK! The only good thing about this place is it is very clean, otherwise they literally 'cleaned up' and stole my money! Parham has obviously done this before, (see Yelp, I wish I did beforehand) he is well versed of the ins and outs of what he is able to get away with. I only recouped about 1/4 of what I paid because of small claims court and my insurance forcing him to repay my money for non treatment. Chair side manner is lacking compassion. I had to get financed again with another dentist. Finally got the care I deserve.
