Dr Shawn and his team are amazing. People you can actually trust. Pedro is a very skilled hygienist and gets me through cleanings with ease even though I’m a wimp. Dr Shawn never tries to upcharge or do anything unnecessary. In fact, I had to ask him for teeth whitening. The teeth whitening was great and made a huge difference immediately. My wife loved my new whiter teeth too, we now have our third child on the way. Thanks Dr Shawn!
I highly recommend Shawn and his team! I found Shawn through a recommendation from a close friend after having bad experiences with two other dentists in LA. I had a very small chip a back molar, and my previous dentist removed more tooth to adhere the filling. It's a very high impact area, so the filing fell out three times over the course of a year. They said next step would be to get a crown, which really frustrated me as so much of the tooth was still healthy. Shawn created an inlay filling for the area. He took the time to listen to me and hear my case. I've had the inlay filling for seven months and it's been great so far!
It was my first time visiting Century City Smiles. I was recommended them. I needed to get a scan of my teeth(intraoral scan) last minute and they were so accommodating and gave me an appointment the very same week. They even offered the same day I called but I couldn’t make it then. When I arrived the whole staff greeted me and they got right to doing my scan. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. 15 minutes later I am all done and set up. I highly recommend them!
I happily drive from Silver Lake area to Century City because this dental office has provided me with the best care and service. Dr. Shawn, along with his dental assistants and office team, are very attentive & informative every step of the way. Dr. Shawn was gentle, reassuring, made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions re: my dental health. The communication and follow up appointments were a breeze and flexible with my work schedule. Haven’t had the best luck with dentists in the past so this place really is a blessing & I’m in loooove with my results - Many thanks!!!
