Dr Rubenstein and his staff are absolutely top notch! Love this team! Dawn is a fabulous hygienist that I will see forever! I’m totally hooked. I’m also a doctor on the second floor! Should have come here years ago!

I’m generally happy with Alan Rubenstein and his team’s service, their communication, quality and efficiency. My last visit was yesterday and I didn’t like how Venus treated me while doing a general tooth cleaning. She was pretty aggressive while dealing with my teeth, especially cleaning up the bacterias between my gum and teeth next to the wisdom teeth. She made them bleed a lot. This was all fine but when I was reacting to her aggression, she told me that I can go to another place (apparently, her friend’s clinic) so I can get a softer treatment. When I get home, I realized back of my front lower teeth still were not cleaned well enough because she probably focused on scraping other teeth way too much. So, overall it was not a great experience this time with her even though she had done my teeth before. That’s why I gave 3 stars instead of 5. Long story short, I will definitely go back to Mr. Rubenstein’s clinic, because he is a great gentleman and knows his craft very well but probably choose someone else to clean my teeth.

I never take the time to leave a good or bad review, but this office is wonderful. Front Desk Ermy and Claudia are so kind. every assistant works hard. They never keep you waiting and the office is very high function. Dr Rubenstein is personable, funny and caring. He does an excellent job. This office is very accommodating and ethical. I am just so impressed!

What can you say about a place that is perfect?; Well, everything. It is always good to have a second family, when you need it the most. Dr. Alan Rubenstein's Family Dentistry will give you that. All of his dental team are your extended brothers and sisters who make sure you are greeted with warmth and are well-taken-care of with great ability. Since early spring 2025, my initial visit as a patient will continue for months to come, for many teeth need restoration. Yet, that's okay, when you experience such a delightful surprise walking into Dr. Alan Rubenstein's Family Dentistry, each time, feeling you are home. With great gratitude, K. Uris

I always get the best care in Dr. Rubenstein office. Dr. Nakasato is very nice and professional, she did my fillings and installed a crown - have no issues with them after that. I like that I can schedule a visit within a week and that they remind you about free cleanings left in the end of the year - so thoughtful. Waiting times are also very small.
