Beware! stay away don't even get your teeth cleaned If you value your teeth. - This dentistry also goes under Downey Beautiful Smile. They will chip and destroy your teeth, I had to keep going back to fix it until it got worse. They were rude claiming it was originally damaged and that I need to go somewhere else for being picky about my front teeth!! .. absolutely no integrity. I was originally going to dr. Rosenberg for years, until he retired from that location, they took over the clientele.. I can't even have my full records back and refused to take professional photos of the mess done to my mouth! They are supposed to restore it to the original. They asked me not to go to the office anymore and find someone else inspite the pain I had and the four-hour wait then refused to finish taking photos of the current teeth, they wanted me to leave or return the week after to keep dragging. They then ignored the bill the next day to cover the restoration at a different facility, the doctor calls a few weeks after wondering why I was trying to reach her! when I asked her to pay the bill she yelled and simply hung up. That was a terrifying stressful experience imagine you going for a cleaning to end up with all that pain and damage mind you dealing with their indifference and rudeness each time to make your way through to the appointment .. I'm amazed how such facilities can get away with such practices.the worst thing is what I ended up with! Make sure if they've done damages to your teeth to file with the dental board the more individual sign up they will consider that as a malpractice facility. If you had a similar experience, please report to the Dental Board as they go with multiple cases not one report only.

The experience of my minor child was downright despicable! She was embarrassed and humiliated when turned away by staff attempting to strong arm her into paying over $1200.00 in outer pocket expense for what was and/or should have been covered by her insurance policy. Although this facility submits private insurance They lie and scheme to get patients to pay pocket expenses. I've since reported the incident to the insurance board as well as the licensing board . When I arrived at the medical facility to retrieve my child and confront the physician with the insurance policy handbook and coverage print out, the doors were shut and locked in My face. Be aware of Dr. Ali ,she is a scammer, a crook, and Is committing insurance FRAUD!!!!!!!!

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but I love how dr Ali/ staff took such good care of me and keeps on doing the same thing over and over again. With the work I do a good smile always helps. If your afraid of the dentist don’t be just go to Dr.Ali, o yeah and she plays really good music to. Hopefully, I will get back in there real soon to get some more work done.

I'm a middle aged travel worker who moves every 4 months, and I have had to go to many different dentists. Short wait time and Dr Ali herself performed my teeth cleaning and deep planing of my entire mouth, in my first visit. She was thorough, fast, and saved me months of waiting to get repeat appointments to finish. I grind my teeth at night and have destroyed every mouth guard I've ever had molded for me from the dentist, no matter the guarantee. She asked me to try hers. Her staff made one for me and it is the lightest, most comfortable, strongest one I've worn. I can even talk normally in it and it is barely visible. Great fit and stays in place. I don't need another one ever again. Very happy with quality of the products and the service.

Dr. Ali is a fantastic dentist! She is very thorough, detail oriented, highly skilled, understanding, and caring. The work she did with a replacement crown of mine was practically a work of art. She is also very, very skilled with administering anesthetic making procedures painless. The technicians and office staff are all wonderful as well. I’m really glad to be under Dr. Ali’s care.
