Redondo Dentistry and Orthodontics

horrible customer service. careful, the front desk tried to pull a quick one on me by putting a form in front of me to sign approval for out of network to use a new dentist there. I have been going there three+ years using in network insurance and have used two of their dentists. my insurance is still the same. they wasted my time by doing a "bait and switch" scheduling me for a day no one in network would be there, and thinking I would be ok with paying a higher cost. the front desk rep was horrible, putting it mildly. she even followed up with a phone call to tell me it was my fault. huh?

First time here and was recommended by a family member. I was seen by Dr.Vukotic who oversaw my visit. The staff members who checked me in were really nice and helpful while filling out all the paperwork. Had a full cleaning done along with a full check up. They really take care of each patient and it shows. Overall had a wonderful visit and look forward to coming back.

I want to give high compliments to the people in dentistry of Redondo. My experience was amazing! Mariah was so kind and very helpful. Also, Brock was very professional kind and wonderful. Dr. V is amazing and Liz was very helpful as well. The whole team made my first visit exceptional! I actually can’t wait to go back and have dental work done! They make the experience a pleasure! Sabrina is the best!!! Truly one of a kind. You can definitely see and feel that she cares for her patients. I absolutely dread going to dentist appts due to being nervous about cavities/build up, but Sabrina really helps you feel at ease and makes you feel comfortable while getting treatment. She is also very helpful and informative when giving advice on the upkeep of your dental health. Thank you!!! (Please show her this post lol)

Dr. Caroline Shelley is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had. She represents the perfect balance of skill, advanced knowledge, and genuine, patient-focused care. Her work is meticulous. Whether it's a routine cleaning or more complex dental work, her attention to detail is evident. She uses modern, state-of-the-art equipment and clearly explains every step of the process, which builds a great deal of trust. You never feel rushed, and she takes the time to answer every question thoroughly. What truly sets Dr. Shelley apart is her chairside manner. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and empathetic. I've always had some dental anxiety, but she and her team immediately put me at ease. She actively listens to concerns and ensures you are comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire visit. The office itself is immaculate, modern, and welcoming. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and efficient—from the easy scheduling process to the skilled hygienists. I can't recommend Dr. Shelley highly enough. If you are looking for a dentist who is a true expert in her field and also treats you with kindness and respect, she is the one to see.
