Rancho Palos Verdes Dentistry

My experience with Rancho Palos Verdes Dentistry has been extremely pleasant and easy. Their entire staff is friendly and professional. They are refreshingly transparent about the work they are performing and what steps to take to maintain a healthy smile!

Helen, the office manager, was fantastic at dealing with my insurance issues. She was able to reach them and get right back with me and schedule my appointment within an hours time! The X-ray technician was kind and efficient. Dr. Kwiatkouski did a great job with my cleaning and advising me what to do to keep healthy teeth and gums.

I seriously can’t rate this office high enough. It was absolutely incredible. I had been traveling and had severe tooth pain and spent forever trying to find a dentist office to get me in last minute. From the second I contacted Daisy in the front office, I knew this place was going to be amazing. They were so accommodating and got me in right away. They even accepted my insurance which was a huge bonus!! I was traveling with my two young daughters and the front office staff took care of them so well as I went back for X-rays and the exam. I met with Dr Shawn Lee and I’ve never met a better dentist. I wish he could come to Utah with me and be my primary dentist. They were able to figure out the issue and get exactly what I needed to accommodate me until I get back to Utah. Absolutely incredible experience and appreciate them SO much!!

I love this office, they are so kind & very helpful! I called the office blindly, just needed a competitive price for my implant, $4500 is a lot of money! They booked me an appointment with the knowledge that I was coming in to compare prices. When I arrived at the office they couldn’t have been nicer. They took me right back to see Dr Lee, he wanted X-rays, I wasn’t even a patient! Dr Lee took his time to review the cost breakdown & view the X-rays, I wasn’t even a patient! He was very honest with me & stated it was a fair price and that he would love to get my business but assured me the price was a fair market price. & then never charged me a penny. Wow, Dr Lee & his staff truly care about their patients. And even the non-patients. It’s just so inspiring in this time to see a Dentist & his staff be so kind to a stranger off the street, just wanting a price verification & then not even charging me! Thank you!

This was a great experience. I went to the Rancho Palos Verdes Dentistry earlier this week to check out some issues that I have been having with my teeth, and I felt cared for from the beginning all the way to the end of my care. The dental assistants who took my blood pressure and X-rays made me feel welcomed when I was called back for my appointment. Amanda was very friendly and assisted me with getting me situated for the visit. Liz was also friendly and humorous. She assisted me with scheduling future appointments. Sophia, the hygienist, who was very warm, took care of my deep cleaning that I needed. Dr. K, who was friendly, listened to what was going on with my teeth and then explained all of the work that I needed for my teeth, but assured me that the treatment plan would address the issues. The office was clean, organized, and looked like a welcoming space. Overall, the experience was great, and I see myself coming to this dentist's office for all future care!
