I experienced a Platt Dental has been fabulous. All the nurses receptionist and the doctors have been so great. They care about how we feel going through a procedure and being so thorough is great.

I found it to be an unorganized practice. I was referred here for a specialist condition, I explained my needs/requirements and was then given an appointment weeks after I needed it (their Periodontist is only there once a month). I emailed through my referral letter the day I booked the appointment and was told later that it had been received (I doubled checked). I was called the day before my appointment, and asked to give my insurance info & SSN over the phone, only to then receive an email to say that I needed to call back asap or they were going to cancel my appointment. I called back, the person I spoke to had no idea why I was calling and the person who emailed was on lunch and didn't call me back per my request, so I had to chase. Then I was told after weeks of waiting of this appointment, that they couldn't see me, because of my specific condition. Just an absolute waste of time - surely I could have been told this the say I booked my appointment... and also not really an apology

Let me tell you about the lovely and amazing Jenny. I've been to the dentist many times and always come out thinking I know what to do to fix my inflammation, but it never works. Well Jenny is here to save the day because she gives me the step by step with graphics and everything, showing me on the mirror the EXACT way to do everything. NOW I know the proper way to floss and brush because she is so clear, clean, and suffice with her explanation and demonstrations. You WANT (and if like me, NEED) Jenny as your dentist. Lovely conversationalist, gorgeous personality, and so supportive. Genuinely had a blast with my visit! Love you Jenny, you get em girl! ❤️

The female hygenist was unorganized and heavy handed while doing my cleaning. She performed roughly 3/4 of a routine cleaning. She forgot aspects such as polishing the teeth and flossing. She waved off my concerns as " well you don't need them". This left me to consider whether to continue with this group. I've had concerns with them in prior instances. For example, having them push dental procedures or charging for procedure that is done wholly for one price, but when added to an even more expensive procedure...the same procedure is broken up to cost 4 x the amount because the more expensive procedures are done in zones. To me ,that is a money grab for sure. All in all.. Not Satisfied in any form or fashion.

Amazing dentists and hygienists here! On my first visit I actually walked out with a new crown, not a temp, and had a full cleaning done! They are a well-oiled machine and the almost all female staff is so personable! I think I finally found a dentist to love. Highly recommend
