Pearl Dental somehow makes going to the dentist feel almost relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they’ve thought of everything to keep patients comfortable — including two synced TVs in each room so you can watch Netflix no matter how you’re positioned in the chair. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary services, appointments always start on time, and the overall experience is smooth and stress-free. It’s hands down the best dental experience I’ve had.

This may be my best experience ever with a dentist! Had my first visit recently and was so impressed by the care and service all around. Dr. Nick Zhang is very kind, considerate, thoughtful, and thorough. I never feel rushed, and he really takes time to explain things. The staff goes out of their way for my comfort and really makes the visit as pleasant as a dentist visit could possibly be. The office space is super nice with big screen TVs to watch, too. Highly recommend.

Finally switched dental offices after 15 years because my old dentist retired and everything about first visit was 5/5. The office is new, clean, comfortable and high tech. The first girl who took all my x-rays was very friendly and explained everything that would happen at my new patient exam. The hygienist was very thorough and gave clear feedback on my gum health and cleaning tips. Dr Alex was just how I expected from other reviews I read-kind, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions and services but it never felt like I was being pressured or trying to be sold on anything unnecessary. I had anxiety about switching dentists after so long but I'm extremely pleased with Pearl Dental so far. There is parking in the garage and metered street parking out front if the garage is full. Because I was a new patient the first visit was 1.5 hours. They had told me this on the phone but I forgot and didn't put enough in the meter. I had to run out and put more money in and they told me if I ended street parking again to let the front desk know and the staff can't help take care of it. Another nice added touch on top of already great patrient care.
