Can’t recommend them enough, felt very welcomed from beginning to end. My 15 month daughter is not social, very attached to me and does not warm up to strangers. They did an amazing job working with her, which was better than expected- she was able to endure the visit, I was shockingly surprised. I also had my newborn with me, they were able to accommodate my visit , exceeded my expectation by far. Very modern and amazing view with a little treat for my little one at the end of the visit. Thanks pacific coast pediatric team, truly grateful and look forward for our next visit!

This place is amazing! My kids (2,9) had their first visit today. First, the facility has online appointment scheduling, which I love. Plus it was super easy to do. They were great at communicating prior to the appointment to get the forms filled out and insurance processed, so when we showed up we were ready to be seen. The facility was super clean and comfortable. There were little toys and games in the lobby to play with while we waited. They were even greeted with their names on the wall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience, especially for my 2 year old. I really wanted to find a nice dentist to start her dental journey on the right path, and this place delivered. I’m so appreciative. So happy we found them.

As a mom of two, I highly recommend this pediatric dentist! Dr. Mekel is a Mom herself, and it truly shows in the way she connects with kids. She’s sweet, patient, bubbly, and incredibly gentle — everything you’d hope for in a doctor caring for your child. The office is beautiful (truly how I’d love to decorate my house!) — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. And most importantly, it has everything my kids care about: toys in the waiting room, TVs on the ceiling, and fun prizes at the end! I absolutely recommend this office to any parent looking for a place their children will feel comfortable and happy.

Dr. Mekel has such a kind and gentle approach. I brought my son to her for his first dental visit as a baby and she made the experience smooth for the both of us. She addressed my concerns with a listening ear and knowledgeable recommendations. She really took her time to explain everything and help me prepare my baby for healthy dental habits and oral development. The office is spacious, clean, and beautiful. There were plenty of toys and books to play with in the waiting area. Evelyn at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. At the end of the visit Dr. Mekel also gave us a souvenir picture of his first time at the dentist and a toy! I’m looking forward to continuing to bring my son here for his dental care.

We had such a great experience with Dr. Mekel during our 1-year-old daughter’s first dental visit. As first-time parents, we were definitely feeling a little anxious about how the appointment would go, especially since it was her very first time at the dentist. But from the moment we walked in, Dr. Mekel made us feel completely at ease. She was incredibly professional yet warm and easygoing, which made a huge difference for both us and our daughter. She took the time to introduce herself, explain what she was doing, and made sure our little one was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit, it wasn’t feeling rushed at all. It was clear she has a lot of experience with young children—she knew exactly how to approach our daughter in a gentle, reassuring way, and even managed to get her smiling by the end of the appointment! Not only did Dr. Mekel do a fantastic job examining our daughter’s teeth, but she also gave us so much helpful information about what to expect as our baby grows, tips for brushing, teething, and general dental care at this age. We really appreciated how thorough she was, and how she made sure we left feeling informed and confident. We’re so thankful to have found such a kind and knowledgeable dentist for our daughter’s early dental care. We would absolutely recommend Dr. Mekel to any parent looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist!
