Orthodontics of El Segundo

I had an appointment coming up and I spoke to the receptionist prior. I believe a couple days before and I asked was it gonna be a problem with me coming to my appointment because I did owe a balance which I know it’s a business but she said she was gonna check for me. She put me on hold and then she tells me that she don’t think that it will be a problem mind you I have to drive 45 minutes to my appointment and I could’ve rescheduled for the day that I got paid so I get up there. They have me sitting there for an hour and a half I signing then the doctor comes. To Just to tell me I can’t be seen because I owe a balance which that’s not a issue the issue is you wasted my time and gas when you could’ve told me when I called that I couldn’t I couldn’t and I tried to explain that and she act like she cares so much she did not care everything was premeditated because why would you have a patient sit there and wait I see 5 to 10 minutes is cool but if you know they can’t be seen why have them wait when you know that you cannot see them that was very inconsiderate and disrespectful and disgusting I will be contacting corporate because I don’t appreciate that and when I pay off my balance, I do want to transfer my doctor to another office
