Dr Arami, Dr Ariz and the team at Northridge Dental Group have always myself and all their patients as they would a family member, with the utmost compassion and highest quality care. My family and I have been patients of Dr Arami’s for many years and I am so grateful to have such a kindhearted and caring dentist!

Dr. Ariz is seeking to find diagnosis by how much he can get$ before he reveals what is really needed for the patient. Also, it seems like the office staff could use extra guidance when it comes to billing and insurance procedures, they need much improvement in this area.

This establishment is highly regarded for its exceptional dentistry services. I have been a loyal patient for over a decade. Dr. Arami is an epitome of professionalism with a pleasant demeanor. Crystal, my hygienist, exudes warmth and professionalism. Unfortunately, Marlene from the reception crew displayed a condescending and unprofessional attitude when I inquired about my records. Her behavior was disappointing and unwarranted. Apart from this incident, I have had positive interactions with all other staff members. The doctors here are highly professional and easy to work with. It would be beneficial to provide additional training for the reception crew to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I have great respect for my doctor and hygienist, and I have always felt well-cared for under their expertise.

He was fantastic—kind, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. The office itself is spotless, modern, and clearly run with care and attention. Every part of the experience—from check-in to treatment—was handled with excellence. And on top of all that… my teeth are now sparkling, shiny white! I walked out not only feeling great, but looking great too.
