Daniella the hygienist does an excellent job. In all my 25 years, she has provided me with the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. She takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and truly listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her to friends and family—she is definitely worth a visit.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction with bone grafting at the end of November. From the first appointment onward, I consistently left in more pain than I arrived with. In the weeks following the procedure, I reported spitting out pieces of bone graft material and what appeared to be tissue. I was told this was not happening and that my symptoms were “normal,” without thorough evaluation. My pain escalated to the point where I could barely open my mouth, was unable to work for over a week, and required an emergency room visit. In the ER, morphine did not control the pain; only lidocaine provided relief. The ER staff packed the extraction site after determining there was an issue, despite my dental office previously dismissing my concerns. I requested a doctor’s note due to missed work and was told I would need to return for another visit in order to receive one. Given the repeated escalation of pain following prior appointments and the lack of acknowledgment of my concerns, I was not comfortable returning to the office solely to obtain documentation. It is now February 16th — nearly three months later — and I am still removing sharp tooth fragments from the extraction site. This whole experience has cost me over a week of work, put my job at risk, wrecked my sleep, and left me in unbearable pain. Dismissed me, mishandled my care, and made what should have been a manageable recovery into one of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years and I was nervous prior to coming in but I felt very well taken care of through out my whole appointment by Lyndale! The ladies in the front also took care of me and they are all so nice in this office. I been looking for a dental office and I'm so glad I found this one. Everyone made my appointment so comfortable and that was a big concern of mine. I'll be here to stay as a patient :)

I’ve had such a great experience with this dental office. Everyone is incredibly kind, especially the women at the front desk who are always welcoming and helpful. The hygienists and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to walk me through everything so I fully understand what’s going on. They are gentle, thorough, and truly put me at ease, which makes a big difference since going to the dentist can usually feel stressful. I really enjoy this team and highly recommend them.

Everyone here is genuinely so nice and respectful. They scheduled me right away so I didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen. I got there and was seen super fast- minimal wait time!! The dentist and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were extremely calm, patient and gentle. They made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. This dentist location has all the latest technology which blew my mind. I was able to see my X-rays and dental photos on the screen directly in front of me and everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and I was provided a space to be HEARD!! The ladies at the front desk, especially Anna, went above and beyond to process my requests and help me find resolutions for my dental care needs and expenses. Most importantly, they accept ALL insurances so it made everything easier!! I will recommend this dentistry to EVERYONE!! They would’ve gotten 10 stars if I could have. Anna gets a gold star fr bc I literally watched her deal with a rude customer who was giving much attitude. Anna kept it cute, classy, and professional as she explained to the woman how her particular insurance worked...at the end of the day, she resolved the woman’s issue. Everyone was cared for and everyone was happy! Love love love this place!! The vibe there is just golden!! Free coffee refreshments too.. the good stuff- not the cheap stuff lol. I suggest yall book your next appointment here!! You won’t regret it. They actually care about their patients. Truly.
