Mountain View Dentistry

I don’t think I could possibly speak Any higher of a dental practice! I have a really complicated dental history and doctor Shimrad and all the staff at Mountain View dentistry are absolutely AMAZING! When you walk in there, you are treated with warmth and kindness. I trust Doctor Shimrad implicitly which I think is all that matters in finding a Dentist. His work is amazing, he talks to you like you are an equal and carefully, and precisely explains everything to you in terms you can understand. For someone that has feared dentists my whole life I actually look forward to each and every visit I have at Mountain View. I could not more highly recommend them enough!

My boyfriend & I recently became patient's of Dr. Shimrad and the experience has been amazing. In L.A. it is difficult to find a good dentist, but with Dr. Shimrad I feel I found the dentist my family and I will have for a long time. Dr. Shimrad is professional, knowledgeable and gives you all the different options for dental treatment. His dental work is exceptional, and he really takes his time to make you comfortable and at ease. The dental assistant is also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they make a great team. I've had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, and she does an excellent job! She measured my gums and hand scaled each tooth carefully. My teeth felt very clean after. If you are looking for a great dental office, I truly recommend this office, you won't regret it.

The Mountain View Dentistry team is absolutely fantastic!! From setting up my appointment with the receptionist to the moment I walked in and got my cleaning their customer service was on point. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I get nervous when I go to the dentist so they made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I got an x-ray, exam, and cleaning, and I was just so impressed with how thorough the cleaning was - honestly my teeth have never felt better. The hygienist was so efficient and Dr. Sean took time to explain everything clearly after reviewing my x-rays. The Mountain view team has high-quality dental care for their patients and provide amazing customer service! 10/10 def recommend :-)

The receptionist is incredibly rude and hostile. My first visit for a cleaning was terrible (worst cleaning ever), but I didn’t complain because I felt bad at first.. Recently, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and request my X-rays, which they said would take a few days. A week later, I received another confirmation text and still no X-rays. When I called back, the same rude receptionist answered, wouldn’t let me speak, and accused me of lying about the text, demanding proof. My complain isn’t about the X-rays not being delivered, it’s how the receptionist didn’t even let me speak. She would cut me off and got very defensive. I have never experienced such disrespect at any office, let alone a dentist’s. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I rarely leave reviews, but this deserved it.
