Moradi Orthodontics

The actual work here seems fine, and Dr. Moradi is always super friendly. Front desk has also been friendly when I've spoke with them. That said, the place is a logistical mess. Three times now I've waited upwards of an hour, only being seen each time after telling the front desk to reschedule because I need to be home for meetings. I'm a reasonable person - patients and appointments run late, short staffing, mistakes get made, etc. - these things are understandable. But the common theme has been a lack of respect for patient's time, accountability, and communication. The first two times (which were 1 hour waits) were nearly identical situations - after waiting for 30 min and asking for an update, they rushed and I was brought to a dental chair. Presumably so patients think they are being prioritized or that the wait is over. Both times I was then asked to sit tight, then waited another 30 minutes with a dental bib on before I got up and told the front desk I needed to reschedule at this point. The front desk didn't realize I hadn't been seen, so the walkie talkies came out and they rushed again to find the doctor/tech. In both of these situations (after waiting for an hour and needing to be the one to remind staff that I'm in a room waiting) I've been nothing but respectful, letting front desk know the situation and expressing mild annoyance, but the vibe you receive from other staff is that you're an inconvenience or a whiny patient to them for having followed up about the wait. No communication or a single apology, or coordination between schedules/front desk and service. The third time I waited for 30 minutes to find out they glossed over my name on the clipboard and never checked me in (sigh). This time the orthodontics manager (?) was very apologetic as she remembered me from the previous visit, but overall I would not recommend if you're looking for timeliness or reliability in service.

I cannot recommend this place enough. For so many years I was self conscious about my teeth, however, I was never able to pay for braces. A friend of mine recommended to come to Dr. Moradi as she knew they would take my insurance and charge very little co-pay. I am so happy to have found this place. Not only did Dr. Moradi promise to treat me like royalty, but he actually follows through. His front desk staff always have a smile on their face and greet me with so much respect. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

If your looking for a brand new dental office come here. I was in the in-n-out line and noticed their signage and decided to walk in. I got a free laser tooth whitening and a checkup and cleaning. They were very very professional. Definitely ask for Frank when you visit this office, he will take care of you. The staff were all really happy and I felt at home.

Before it all started, my teeth were not looking too hot. One of my top teeth on the front were crooked, and I also had crooked teeth on the bottom. I wouldn't always be comfortable smiling at the camera or at people. But then, me and my parents decided to get me braces. I met the intelligent Dr. Moradi, and the friendly staff of the orthodontist department. Dr. Moradi assured me that by the time I finished my treatment, I would love my teeth, and he was right. It was definitely not a smooth process from start to finish. It was painful at first, but it definitely got better through the two years of treatment. Today I got my braces off, and am more impressed with my teeth than I thought I would be. I am grateful for my parents allowing me to have this opportunity to have a great smile, and also for Dr. Moradi and his team to give their best work on my teeth. Braces are worth it in the end! Come to Dr. Moradi if you want the best treatment ever!

Dr. Moradi and his team are wonderful! I just finished my braces treatment and they all did a fantastic job taking care of my teeth. I went to many other dentists and none were as attentive and caring as Dr. Moradi and his assistants. They REALLY make sure that you leave with an exceptional result and I couldn't be happier.
