From entry to exist - superb service with a kind front office staff, great dental hygienist and expert Dentist who not only looked at my teeth but Dr. Simon genuinely wanted to get to know me - the patient he was treating before examination - it was a surprising and wonderful change from some dentists who seem to act like dentistry is the fast food business - rushing to pack as many people in as possible in an hour. Dr. Simon took his time and was methodical in examining every tooth and giving me the best care.

Dr. Simon provides the best healthcare and dental experience I’ve ever known. His skills surpass those of every other Dentist I’ve seen in my 50 years. To make things even better, His staff is so kind that I feel like I’m visiting friends when I go in for a checkup. I truly look forward to going to the dentist when I have an appointment with Dr. Simon.

From the beginning , everything was excellent. Roberta worked with me despite the difficulty in scheduling. She actually has a Cancellation list that she uses (a novelty for medical/dental offices). This is so helpful for my initial evaluation and my follow up. And Dr. Simon and staff were excellent as well. The detail and time is spent was unmatched for me in a dental office. Descriptions and explanations were complete with detail so I would understand what needs to be done. Definitely an office worth going to!

Dr. Simon and his staff are wonderful. I like that Dr. Simon explains his thought process and provides you with the most practical path forward; he will work to figure out the solution to a problem by exhausting all possibilities giving you confidence in the best care plan and doesn't unnecessarily price gouge. Dr. Simon is up-to-date with the latest technology, has a clean office with a great air filter, and always has a good attitude. Scheduling and adjusting appointments is a great experience with Roberta who stays on top of busy patient calendars, does an excellent job quoting insurance coverage before you commit to a procedure, and is a lovely person to interact with. Lisa is an awesome hygienist who approaches her work and patients with the care - she is always looking out for your health and is a kind human. Bonus, a lot of the staff has pretty cool hobbies and passions - great people in this practice all around!

Dr. Michael Simon is a wonderful, knowledgeable, giving and resourceful dentist. I truly appreciate how he takes the extra time to find alternative solutions, explain, in detail, everything about my dental care, and even donates toothcare items to one of the local non-profit organizations I help with. I came to him on a referral from a dear friend more than seven years ago and have been extremely happy I did. I even brought my husband over from his former dentist!
