My experience has been awesome, I went in knowing full well of the bone loss in my mouth and I knew I was not a good candidate for implants of any kind. I was not expecting a miracle in any way, but, with the patients of Dr. Josefina and all who assisted her i was given a miracle that fit ME perfectly. I appreciate her concern regarding my happiness and comfort. I love my teeth and my smile.

Don’t recommend, Sophia or Sophie was incredibly rude and lazy. I needed help understanding papers so I can sign, she pretty much didn’t assist me, argued, and said if I didn’t understand it then they can’t help me. How ridiculous is that?! Lazy, or perhaps couldn’t understand herself. Asked her to get me someone else, took forever just to sit back in her chair.

Avoid at all costs. The office staff (Sofia) avoided my calls, refused to accept my request for documents, never mailed me requested paperwork, avoided me several times and denied my requests when I showed up multiple times to the office to request information, and they overcharged $6,000. I have never been scammed harder in my life. If you value your sanity and your money, do not EVER step through this door.

Please read it through. Ive treated my tooth in Europe before and fully satisfied with my teeth conditions. As I moved to USA and leave her for a year I decided to visit a dental cleaning for a regular cleaning. Unfortunately this clinic was the closest one, so I went there. Instead of approving a regular cleaning they send request to my insurance company that I need a deep cleaning, which is not the case and approved a treatment plan worth of $13K that I didn’t ask but it’s much marginal and beneficial compared for what I’ve asked. So deep cleaning was declined by my insurance company, but the other treatment was approved and they were planing to do it without performing a regular cleaning. This dental clinic is a scam!!! Even when they did the first examination and X-ray they where absolutely not professional and treat me as an animal, but the difference us with animal that we can speak back and raise concerns. I’ve asked them to be more gentle and respectful when doing any intervention with me and do not push hard and just be professional. After I understood they intentions, just to sign me high marginal treatment and not I asked for, plus they general attitude, I’ve made a decision to search for other dental clinic and just want you to be aware and read other reviews that Ive unfortunately didn’t read before visiting this one. Wish you all the best with your treatment, but stay far away from this particular one.

Not sure why I didn't look at the reviews prior to giving them my business but the other reviews are correct in that Kelly is a SCAM.. She accidentally showed me paper work which stated that they OWED me $200 from a previous procedure and when I inquired about it she snatched the paper away from me, said I wasn't supposed to see it and that it was incorrect because I had that procedure done at a their other location which made absolutely no sense. She also puts you in a room and tells you that your procedure will cost an exorbitant price and then says that she's gonna give you "a discount" and takes $1000 off which ultimately brings you down to another high price. The scamming is so obvious. Not sure what they are doing with the paperwork and what they are sending to insurance companies but they seem to have a well oiled scammmy routine happening with Kelly at the forefront. I've also had her straight up curse me out and HANG UP THE PHONE on me. I got so upset, I went to the office and argued publicly with the owner to hold her accountable. He apologized and said "she didnt mean it". Yes, made a BS excuse for her. That was the last straw for me and the most disappointing part of my experience. I did not encounter ONE doctor that wasn't nice and professional so I was completely shocked and appalled when he made excuses for her bad behavior and refused to hold her accountable. He lost me as a customer after that. The only reason I give two stars is because the doctors and staff behind the scene are AMAZING and do EXCEPTIONAL work, at least the ones I've dealt with. The entire front desk staff is unprofessional and need serious training if they hope to keep their customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
