My dog Huck died after receiving a Librela injection administered by Dr. Lupo, and I believe his death was the direct result of negligence. Dr. Lupo insisted Huck was suffering from “torn ACLs,” despite Huck showing no prior diagnosis or imaging to support this. Before the visit, Huck was active, mobile, hiking, and playing at the beach daily. Dr. Lupo strongly recommended the Librela injection, stating there were “no side effects” and that Huck “needed it.” Within 24 hours of receiving the injection, Huck rapidly declined. He lost mobility in his legs, developed neurological symptoms, stopped eating, and soon suffered from a UTI and pancreatitis. His condition deteriorated quickly. Huck died in my arms 20 days later, reduced to skin and bones after what appeared to be widespread neurological failure. All available literature for Librela clearly states it is not recommended for dogs with underlying health conditions or concurrent health issues at the time of administration. These warnings were not discussed with me prior to the injection. When I asked Dr. Lupo for a refund (the absolute minimum accountability) he refused unless I signed a waiver agreeing not to pursue legal action and to remove my reviews. This review platform does not allow video uploads, but the final photos posted show Huck in the days immediately before the injection - healthy, mobile, and active. He did not need this drug. The guilt and grief of losing my dog due to preventable carelessness is something I will live with forever. I hope no one else has to experience this.

I’m so glad I decided to come here for my Baby!! After being reccomended by several people it was the right time. The whole place has a warm welcoming vibe, and I am extremely selective where I go. The vet experience can be so stressful, and this wasn’t the case here. The girl at the front was nice to talk to and helpful. Check in was easy. Dr. Lupo listened to my concerns with a caring attitude and was genuine. I will be returning here. Thank you guys!!

Dr Lupo and his staff are the best . I drive over an hour just to take my dog for monthly grooming and all his health issues .

Do not take your pet here for grooming! My wife and daughter took our dog. When they picked him up he was traumatized with the cut on his nose and severely dehydrated. He was also soaking wet and clumps of fur were falling off of him. The groomers name is Jose. Who should be fired. Wife called three times to try and speak to someone about the severity of the cut in his nose and the fact that he clearly wasn’t groomed. Seems he was locked in a cage without water and then cut his nose because one of the rusty bars was loose. I would put “zero stars” except I can’t figure out how to do so.
