I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional experience I’ve had with this dental office—on *two separate occasions*. A few months ago, I scheduled my first appointment to establish care, have a check-up, and get a cleaning. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t see me for some reason (which I don’t even recall now), so I politely left and rescheduled. Fast forward to today, October 23, 2025. I arrived early—at 4:05 p.m. for my 4:15 p.m. appointment—and wasn’t called back until 4:45 p.m. During that 40-minute wait, I asked one of the staff members, who identified himself as a doctor and the son of one of the dentists, for a toothbrush and floss since I came straight from work and hadn’t had a chance to brush my teeth. I asked *three separate times*, and he finally told me they didn’t have any. You’re a **dental office**—how on earth do you not have basic dental supplies for your patients? When I was finally taken to the back, I was informed that the person assisting me had to leave by 5:00 p.m. and that I’d have to choose between a cleaning *or* the check-up and X-rays. Fifteen minutes to do either one—and then I’d have to schedule yet another appointment to finish what should’ve been done today. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear this office has serious time management issues and poor customer service. I felt completely rushed and disregarded. After taking time off work *twice*—and using sick time, no less—I walked out having received no actual care either time. I expect my **$50 reservation fee to be refunded immediately**, or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company as fraud. This practice needs to learn how to manage appointments properly, respect patients’ time, and stock basic dental hygiene supplies. It’s embarrassing that a dental office can’t even offer a toothbrush or floss. I will not be returning after this experience, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care.

I got my dental implants done with Dr B and I am very happy with the results. My smile is super now, and my confidence has improved. The best part, I can eat all the foods I enjoy with pleasure. I recently had a really bad tooth ache and being new to the area googled for an emergency dentist. I found one in Santa Clarita and they scheduled me that afternoon for XRay. After review of the xray it was determined i would need extraction of two teeth with antibiotics for a week. The Dentist wanted $1700, sedation, bone graphing, extraction , being a cash customer i found $1700 a bit (alot) inflated. So i googled for a Dentist in Sherman Oaks for tooth extraction (afterhours). LA Dental Experts came up #1 with an ad for extraction so i called. I left a message with the desk and within an hour or two Dr Nic called me personally to consult my tooth ache over the phone and scheduled me next day. We even lost signal and he called me back a little later to confirm our appointment.. I was so impressed by this guy Dr Nic i was kind of excited to go to the dentist this afternoon.🤓. I got to the very nice office just off the 405,(easy in easy out location), Dr Nic greeted me and welcomed me personally even though i could see he was busy. He signed me in and with one client ahead of me soon had me in the chair going over treatment and cash pay cost. (A fraction of the 1700) this guy was the coolest. And im not just saying it he is a 100% genuine caring Dr. The icing on the cake was the phone call at 9pm to see how i was doing after having two teeth pulled. 5 Stars This is the Dentist of the Year for me. I will never go to another dentist for as long as he and i are in Los Angeles County. 15 minutes from Santa Monica, 20 minutes from Santa Clarita. Doctor Nic is the man for sure if ur looking for a Dentist. The 1700 Dentist was stuffy and cold and his office was creepy as was his finance closer who was sent to close the deal made me feel like i was buying a car..lol Dr Nic was fantastic!
