Everybody in the office was friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. In particular, Jane, the hygienist, was great. She was informative throughout my treatment and provided explanations as to why she was performing or recommending a treatment. Would 100% recommend!

I am incredibly grateful to the Joeun Dental team — this was the best dental experience of my life. The clinic is staffed by professional, honest, and genuinely caring people. I came in after an unfortunate fall, with a broken arm and two fractured front teeth. It was a deeply stressful situation both emotionally and physically (one tooth was half-exposed and still alive), and I was terrified about how such an injury could even be handled. But the moment I arrived, I felt I was in a safe and wonderful place. Every single staff member was exceptionally attentive and clearly an expert in their field. Dr. Chan treated me in the beginning, and later Dr. Tsang handled the complex work on my front tooth. I had root canal treatment, a filling, and eventually received beautifully crafted crowns. I felt no pain at all — everything was done gently and with great care. The crowns are of outstanding quality (their crown designer is a genius!), and my smile now looks even better than it did before the accident. Dr. Tsang, Dr. Chan, the assistant Jenessa and others are remarkable professionals and empathetic people. Their support and small talks made the whole process easier for me emotionally. And of course, all the wonderful ladies at the reception — always welcoming, helpful, and kind — made every visit pleasant. Thank you all, you are the best!

After 10+ years of avoiding going to the dentist, I finally decided to face my fears and came here on a recommendation. Had I known how great this place was, I'd have come here so much sooner! That deep clean feeling is just unmatched (thanks Jane) and there's none of that scary dentist vibe here... Just amazing friendly kind people who somehow made coming to the dentist a treat.

I had my cleaning done by Jane, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very gentle yet thorough, explaining each step along the way and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt this clean, and the whole experience was stress-free. Jane is professional, friendly, and clearly cares about her patients. Highly recommend her if you want a great dental cleaning!

Very professional Dental service also clean office. Hospitality and customer service is solid as well. No complaints, their work is thorough and understanding. Didn't feel pressured or with any regrets thus far on my second visit (light cleaning in photo).
