Happy Teeth

I have been coming to Dr.King's office for the past 2-3 years for all my dental work and I have always had positive experiences. Dr.King always greets me with warmth and professionalism. His dental hygienists always take the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the dental procedures. They are always incredibly flexible in accommodating my busy work schedule, which I highly appreciate. Overall, my experience at Happy Teeth is great.

Don’t come here! They placed my crown in wrong and when I keep telling them the placement is wrong and I can’t eat they keep taking over me saying “well it’s a crown it’s not suppose to feel the same” I just want a tooth that aligned with my bottom tooth so I can bit down correctly. This was a mistake coming here. They always walk out the room while I’m trying to explain this monstrosity of tooth placement. Like I didn’t have my teeth my whole life they think they can tell me. Y’all placed it in crooked. I’m reporting this place to whatever board and never coming back. Now I have to buy this tooth outright and hope someone competent to do it again . Don’t come here! Don’t come here! I have to live with this messed up crown for decades. They just take your money.

I went to this dentist for a consultation on my braces. I went with another agency because this place was not as updated as others. They proceeded to bill my insurance for six months as if i was receiving services. I had to call them and my insurance several times. Each time the office representatives promised to send over corrective documents and did not. I will be reporting them to the california board

Came in dr. King’s last week for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Unfortunately he was unable to do the surgery since the tooth was severely impacted. His team, with absurd quickness, was able to find an oral surgeon 15 minutes away to do the surgery. Following the surgery, I came back to Dr. King a week later to get a root canal done. Painless visit and out in an hour. He and his assistants did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done as well. Over 30 years of experience says a lot about your work! Excited to get my smile back! Thanks Dr. King! You and your team!

I was in pain and needed to see a dentist ASAP. I called over and was able to be seen a half an hour. The staff was very efficient and friendly. They took great care of me and fixed me up right away. They communicated everything with me every step of the way from the procedure to cost to me and everything in between. I am grateful that they were able to see me so quickly. I had to get a root canal, but I didn’t feel a thing. A great staff of people and a great dentist.
