First time I went it was pretty smooth. Next time I waited an hour plus an extra 30 in the chair before x-rays. No proactive communication from the front office as to why anything is taking so long and the cleaning was just ok both times.

Dr. Lim has been our family dentist for years. His service at each visit has always been excellent. He listens to my concerns and addresses them to my satisfaction. His staff has always been welcoming and helpful.

so friendly, so informative, so timely without being rushed! I always feel informed, taken care of, and safe here; the team is amazing. They even let me hold Mr. Thirsty. Also I love their holiday decorations and the tooth chair in the children's room. I am so grateful to have an excellent dentist right in my neighborhood. Thank you so much!

I’ve been going to this Location in Echo Park since I was in Elementary school in 1995, I’m glad it’s still around Dr.Lim always sent a celebration card for our Birthdays wishing us a happy birthday. Now I’m 35 and I will be planting my flag here at this location close to home. Thanks for keeping me accountable through out the years Dr. Lim George! My family appreciates it!

I have been going to this office for over three years and they are truly the best at what they do. Their communication systems are super efficient and helpful- they provide the right amount of early notice and texts before upcoming appointments. The assistants are super communicative and ease my dentist-related anxiety through explaining the processes clearly and being super timely. The service here is professional and they’re always adopting new technology to makes visits easier. All of the dentists do great work and most of my visits are under one hour since they’re so efficient.
