I wish you could give more than 5 stars because this office deserves 100 of them. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I usually feel nervous going to the dentist, and even more this time around since I had excruciating pain (which was due to my wisdom teeth in the end) plus after being to 3 other dentists who were of NO help, I was in such a vulnerable state but from the second I walked in to Dr. Joseph Yoon’s office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The front desk staff (Lupe and Alex) were so kind and patient, and they made everything easy from check-in to scheduling. Vanessa was very nice and friendly as she took me back to the rooms and walked me through each process before the doctor came in. Dr. Joseph Yoon really took his time with me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt okay the entire appointment. Like I mentioned before I was in a very fearful and uncomfortable state due to my pain yet I never felt rushed or judged, just cared for and heard. Dr. Yoon was incredibly patient but still very thorough, and I left feeling great and in awe of how amazing his dental work is. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and not just getting people in and out. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which says a lot! I still have some fillings to get done and I’m so grateful I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and does exceptional work.

I was looking for a qualified dentist under my insurance and finally decided to go with Dr. Yoon. Glad to know I chose the right one. I’m a dental assistant so it was not easy to find the right place. First Family Dental has what I was hoping to find: Dr. Yoon was very nice, didn’t push any unnecessary procedures and was also very gentle. The office is impeccably clean and all instruments were sterilized, I recognize that at first glance. Thank you Dr. Yoon and staff.

Simply the best. Its like being in the hands of angels. I had some fairly difficult work done here - 4 root canals and 6 fillings - and it felt too easy. Great insurance work, friendly and effective receptionists, assistants that are extremely prepared and professional but friendly, and a dentist that exudes experience and skill with ease. This place is incredible.

I’ve been going to this dental office for years, and I can honestly say they’re the best! Every visit, I feel completely comfortable and at ease, which is saying a lot when it comes to the dentist. The entire team does an outstanding job—from the hygienists to the dentists themselves. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and Lupe is an absolute standout—definitely a 10 out of 10! I truly appreciate the consistent care and kindness I receive every time I come in. Dr. Kim and Randy are awesome. I met them today during a refinements check-up for my Invisalign. Dr. Kim has such a pleasant and warm demeanor, ensuring that you feel welcomed and cared for. I can tell he takes no shortcuts in the examinations he did to review my progress. He helped me consider my next steps, and happily answered all my questions with patience. I never felt rushed in and out like can happen in other medical practices. There was a moment when he gently validated my feelings when I mentioned how self-conscious I felt about my gap. It was such an authentic gesture of empathy—the way he said it was more important than what he said. Randy helped take new scans and photos. He had such a warm vibe and he walked me through each step of the way. His technique for taking photos is unique. He knows exactly what words to say to get me to hold the thingies that stretch my lips. Also, most of the photos were taken while I was lying down!! Hell yeah, more rest time for my tired soul and sore legs. The front desk staff will always greet you with a smile, they're awesome too!
