Nice and friendly staff. Quick and effective cleaning.
I went into the office with severe tooth pain and found out I needed a root canal. The doctor and staff acted immediately and referred me right away to a facility they work closely with. I was able to get in quickly to have the root canal done, and after recovery I returned to receive a temporary crown. They truly took care of me when I needed help the most. Everyone was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this office.
Amazing Staff! They were great with my 6y/o!
I went into Excel Dental care after not going to the dentist for eight years due to anxiety. At the front desk, Jessica, could immediately tell I was anxious and sat down with me. She told me her story and made me feel welcome. Dr. Harati saw me immediately and told me I needed six cavities and a root canal. She was confident and reassuring that everything was going to be okay. I got a deep cleaning done by Vasili, the best dental hygienist I'd ever had. I will always come back to the office to see him. Over the next month and a half I got all my cavities filled. They also do implants in house so the traditional two-week waiting period for my replacement tooth was only a few days. I also got a teeth whitening to match my new implant. It only took an hour and I was blown away that Jessica could get my teeth six shades whiter. Truly I couldn't believe how white they got. Each time I visited, the staff was kind and considerate of my dental anxieties. While I still have a little more to do on my teeth, I will continue to come to Excel Dental for as long as I live in Los Angeles.
STAY AWAY! The worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. The receptionist, Jessica, truly knows how to make a dental visit as miserable as a funeral. She literally told me that if I don't like it, I could leave in the first two minutes I was there. The dentist assessed one beginning of a cavity, the dental hygienist said there are two full cavities and optional laser cleaning, Jessica the expert claimed that the laser was not an option but am must, which of course was not covered by my insurance. This is typical of LA dentists, no shock there, but keep your resentment to yourself, and don't make your bizarre pricing practices so obvious. It's embarrassing.
