Encino Friendly Dental Center

I wanted to change dentists and find someone more local to where I live and came across Dr Kay and Encino Friendly Dental Center. Great reviews, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was great, very polite and efficient. When I went for my appointment, the staff were very welcoming. After I filled out the necessary info, Grace called me in and took x-rays, she was very methodical and gentle. Explaining everything as she went. After the x-rays Dr Kay came in and introduced herself and we discussed my dental history. She then gave me an examination, Dr Kay was very thorough, gentle and explained what she was doing. She then advised me about the issues I had mentioned as well as her overall opinion of my dental health. After the examination, she spoke with the receptionist and they gave me a detailed treatment plan and cost. We then set up a follow-up appointment. I was very impressed with the treatment I received and would highly recommend Dr Kay and her team. They also validate your parking and I received a handwritten Thank You note from Dr Kay which I was very touched by. I'm very happy to have found Dr Kay and her team.

Truly glad to have found this dental office. A good honest dentist and service is hard to come back. These are our teeth for life! With that being said, exceptional team and service here. Punctual, honest and trustworthy. Thanks team (everyone!) for helping me get back on track and this year of service, from front desk to the treatment rooms! Best, highly recommend.

I can smile again! Dr Kay did an amazing job helping me fix a dark and crooked tooth. The results are perfect. Pain free and easy. I adore the staff there. Friendly and helpful. I can not recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Kay and her team are fantastic! They truly provide excellent care for their patients. From the moment we check in my husband and I always feel the genuinely friendly atmosphere. The facility is clean and welcoming. We couldn't be any more grateful for Dr. Kay and her phenomenal services!

I called EFDC based on the recommendation of my best friend who LOVES this place. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years (whoops) and told them over the phone that I was nervous to come in. Jodie told me that I was being brave, and taking the first step -- so cute. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was given a very accurate estimate of what the pricing would look like as I didn't have insurance. Jazz was a wonderful hygienist who was gentle and listened to me. Dr. K was a fantastic dentist who was patient, answered all of my questions, and had a lot of integrity. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment in six months!!
