I just did my cleaning with Jordan this morning. Im anxious at dentists and I kind of avoided them for a while. He took really good care of my teeth and talked me throughout the entire process. I did have my eyes closed basically the entire time but he made it easy to feel comfortable. He has a very gentle hand and also a comforting voice. If I wanted to stop I could at any time to take a break but I didn't feel I needed to. I will be coming back for sure and having him as my permanent hygienists for all my cleaning!

Going to respond to the absurd ”response” from the owner, as they clearly do not care how rudely their office manager handled this situation. LISTEN TO THE RECORDED CALL. Then feel free to apologize. Of course, every one has emergencies. Yet without first asking, nor hearing me when I said clearly “… no, there’s no rush, I just would like to know what’s going on as I’m getting different info from 3 different people!“ The way your ‘manager’ handled this was rudely, abruptly, with no care for what a new patient stated. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dental office to date. This is from the POV of a new patient given 3 different stories, and one manager who rudely called without listening. The office manager started by defending conversations she hadn’t been a part of, THEN apologizing for her mistake, but then continuing on with no ability to see a new patient’s pov. Without knowing my background or knowing that her other employees had given misinformation, she was defensive from the outset. When I finally got a word in stating it was worth her listening, she allowed me to share for 20 seconds before rudely interrupting. Then she took another turn and said, “… look we do what the dentist tells us, this is what the dentist wife told us, we don’t have to share anything, and you should find another office!“. ??!!! Literally a week and a half ago I had reached out on the recommendation of one of my peers. Asked who is the most straightforward, was referred to Dr. Sam. I got a call a week later confirming my appointment “this Friday”. That message was quickly followed by another one saying they needed to reschedule - the dentist had an emergency and was out. The explanation: “the dentist had an emergency and we can’t control that, he let us know last Friday that he would be out for a week.“ As it was now Tuesday, I asked why they waited 4-days to let me know - I’m a new patient who had rearranged my schedule to work around Dr. Sam’s, so I could see him at their recommendation. This front desk gal kept saying he was gone as of last Friday, back Monday. Would I like to schedule Monday? This was feeling a bit off. If they’d known he had an emergency and would be out for the week, why hadn’t they called? The reasoning: “We’ll, we confirm three days before“ So I point out that they weren’t confirming, they were in fact canceling based on an emergency they knew about 4 days ago! I’d hoped that perhaps an accurate translation was presented to the “office manager”, but she unfortunately, had an entirely different story. “We get information as we get it and we have no idea when he’ll be back!” So I logically ask why I was offered Monday if in fact, they had no idea. To an outsider: they’re not communicating with each other. And worse, they’re projecting their anxiety on new patients! I was about to reschedule with the “Owner“ who apparently was filling in for Dr. Sam on the day I was supposed to have my first appointment. But this office manager felt it was more important to be “right“, stating again that she had no idea when he’d be back, and it was best I find another dental office. I would’ve been happy to reschedule, but was getting different stories from each person I spoke with, and ended up on the phone with a very defensive and aggressive office manager who’d never spoken with me before, who didn’t care one bit that I was a cancer patient, AND that had taken a day off of work to see a new dentist. I was willing to do this to begin the relationship, but my efforts did not seem at all reciprocated in terms of what I was receiving back from the staff. I have no doubt existing patients may have had different experiences, but if you’re a new patient, this would not be the office I would recommend. Thank you.

Love this office! I had a crown and fillings done here along with a deep cleaning and I could not be happier! This office is calming, clean, and has competent staff and doctors. My teeth have never felt cleaner and they took their time. They are also open on Saturdays and got me in super fast. Love them and would 100% recommend them!

Best Dentist Office in the world! I came in for wisdom teeth removal. Removed all 4 with great care from the team. They held my hand through the whole procedure because I was scared, which looking back now I did not have to be. They took real good care of me I could not have asked for a better team. You guys are truly amazing thank you so much for choosing this career as your own you’re all doing an excellent job. Thank you doctor Amir won’t ever forget all your team has done. I even took home souvenirs! Lol

It’s a New Year. What better way to start — with sweet breath! Encino Dental Studio is my favorite go-to. My Insurance pays for cleanings every three months. I look forward to my appointments. The office is on the 4th Floor with a view of Encino Plaza. I feel like I’m in Paris. The hygienist is fabulous. I always leave smiling! Parking is paid!
