I recently visited Elite Dental Group in Granada Hills, which has newly opened, for a dental cleaning, and I had an excellent experience—especially with Ms. Nicole, the dental hygienist. I had previously been to Elite Dental Group’s Glendale location, where the cleaning felt rushed and was completed in about 15 minutes. This visit was completely different. Ms. Nicole spent a full hour on my cleaning, and the difference was very clear. She was extremely thorough, detailed, and professional. She carefully cleaned all areas of my teeth and gums, removed buildup completely, checked everything properly, and made sure nothing was rushed or missed. I have a strong understanding of dental work, so I can easily recognize when someone truly knows what they are doing. Ms. Nicole absolutely does. Her technique, precision, and professionalism were outstanding. In addition to her technical skills, her personality made the experience even better. She was friendly, positive, energetic, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I consider myself a perfectionist and very detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness and proper work, and honestly, I could not find a single issue with her work. Elite Dental Group in Granada Hills has the most professional and thorough staff my wife and I have ever experienced in all our years in going to the dentist. The receptionists are professional, polite and do what they can to make this process seamless. They accept various insurances and always help me book the ideal appointment time. The dental hygienists are so meticulous and are so gentle at the same time. After visiting this office just one time we realized that other dental hygienists we have visited in the past in other dental facilities were never really giving us a true deep cleaning. Dr Andre has a level of professionalism that is unmatched. Going to the dentist can be an anxiety filled event. However, Dr. Andre expertise and his incredible bedside manner put you at ease. He is the only dentist who was confident and skilled enough to take out my wife’s wisdom tooth while other dentists were afraid of breaking her jaw and causing permanent nerve damage. From cavities being filled to permanent implants, Dr. Andre does it all. He is an expert in his craft.
