From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dentist was professional, gentle, and very informative about my treatment options. The clinic is clean and well-equipped. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the results.

(11/8/25) i’ll extract the tooth myself before coming back to y’all—for what? more negligence from Dr. Cho and her staff? for the dentist to tell me she sees nothing AGAIN, and stand there AGAIN, looking at me stupid? no referrals, no solutions, not even a half-solution. just take my money for a check-up or whatever, and send me off? why would i torture myself like that 🤨 especially when the issue is getting to a point of swelling and bleeding—BECAUSE YOU ALL REFUSED TO OFFER ME PROPER HELP. it’s impacting my ability to sleep and eat, degrading my quality of life by the day. and i knew this would happen—which is why i reached out to you to begin with. i wake up in the middle of the night crying tears because of the escalated pain. reaching out so late to this review might as well be spitting in my face. “i don’t see anything, so you’re fine,” is intensely unacceptable. especially when, again, the issue the dentist “could not see” is actively causing me more intense problems. again, no referrals, no solutions. actually—the nurses and dentist just told me to essentially wait for the issue to get worse. booked a check up/deep cleaning, but i actually went here because i felt something stuck in my tooth. i communicated that to the dentist, and she indiscriminately scratched through the crowns of my teeth with a stupid, sharp tool as if to prove nothing was there. instead of prompting a scan to resolve my issue, she just left it at that. incredibly negligent & beyondddddd frustrating. i even communicated my dissatisfaction after my initial check up visit, and received a lackluster response. i went through with the subsequent cleaning appointments because i hoped a standard procedure like that wouldn’t be an abysmal experience. it was fine, not good and not entirely the worst. i booked with SOLA kids dental next to fix the remaining discomfort i have, so hopefully that goes way better than this place did.

Like many others, I dread going to the dentist, but sometimes you can’t avoid it. I needed a dental implant and Dr.Cho did an amazing job. Her office has advanced technology that helps make the dental implant a lot smoother and faster. They take a painless image of your teeth (not that painful hard film that slices into your gums), send this off to a lab, and the lab creates all the necessary tools to help guide the implant process. Truly amazing. The cherry on top is her amazing staff - Grace and Karla have played a huge role in reassuring me and alleviating all my concerns, helping me schedule appointments with ease, ensuring I’m comfortable… I’m embarrassed to admit Grace recognizes my name/number now because of all my anxious calls/texts. Despite this, they all remain friendly and both are SO knowledgeable. Truly amazing staff. I had been going to this dental office for years because I lived walking distance, but I continue coming here even though I moved and now live an hour away. Parking is easy, they validate parking in the structure. Oh and bonus for taking Delta dental insurance because I’ve heard from multiple dentist friends that they’re awful. So grateful to have found a dentist office I like and trust!!

This is our favorite dentist and dental office! Dr. Cho is wonderful and every person who works here is super professional and pleasant. They do quality work, have all the modern equipment and technology, great communication and transparency, very affordable, and the office is super clean and pretty. No one tried to sell me a bunch of things I don't need, no pressure to buy Invisalign etc... and they were able to see almost our whole family the very next day! They have great parking with free validation at the Tokyo Galleria and even a Daiso right next door! This is our favorite dentist in all of California now. Thank you Dr. Cho and team!

Dr. Cho is the best doctor I've ever been to. She's been very patient with me. She explains every procedure she's going to perform and how she'll do it. She has assistants who speak both English and Spanish, which is another advantage in her office's bilingual assistance. My family has also been to her, and everything has gone well. My family is very happy with the results.
