Dr. Gary Manukyan, DDS

Called to ask about switching to this dentist as our old dentist no longer accepts hmo. The receptionist on the phone had terrible customer service - turned us off immediately, very abrasive and not “business-like”. Already sounded angry for some reason and made us feel they were going to be a dentist who was going to push services on us we didn’t need - experienced this before and the receptionist on the phone already sounded pushy. First impressions are important and this guy was awful. Didn’t trust these guys at all.

I have such a horrible fear of the dentist, but Dr. Gary is so kind and calm, I was able to make it through all the cleaning and fillings with no tears…even some laughs! He does a really good job and cares a lot about keeping your costs low. I definitely recommend his practice

I neglected cleaning for some time to the point that my build up required professional attention. I went to Dr. Manukyan as referred to by my insurance and I was rewarded with fresh pearls. The build up, gone. The stain from vitamins I was taking, gone. The uneasy feel about sharing my beautiful smile with the world, gone. On the opposite side of that I paid a pretty penny, $460 for stage two cleaning. I don’t believe this pricing was fair and looking around online I feel justified in that statement., I did earn a beautiful peace and I’m enjoying the well polished job his practice provided, just unsure about the cost with the fact that I have dental coverage through my job. There is also the matter of him advising me that my teeth were more worn down than they should be at my age and he asked if I grind my teeth. I replied I wasn’t aware and attempted to discuss a night guard with him. he dismissed it almost immediately saying people either don’t wear them or spit them out in their sleep. I don’t agree with generalizing me to other patients and would have loved the opportunity to further discuss options. Now I’m left to research online sifting through Amazon for the best buy.

Gary is a magician! I’ve needed my top wisdom teeth removed for a couple of years, but I was always nervous about the process. Upon meeting Gary, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I’m the type of person that is anxious about going to the dentist unless I know exactly what’s going to happen. I found it very helpful that Gary explained everything he was going to do. Gary walked me step-by-step through the removal process and ensured that I had proper care. The removal process exceeded my expectations. For context, I had my wisdom teeth removed on a Friday, and by Saturday, I made a full recovery. I didn’t experience any swelling or pain from the procedure. I’m so grateful to have found a trustworthy dentist like Gary! His attention-to-detail and care were essential to a smooth procedure and recovery.

Really great dentist! He made us feel very comfortable during our first visit, gave very thorough exams and very good cleanings, and was able to give us fillings for our cavities the same visit. Our teeth look and feel so much better after our visit. We will definitely be going back every 6 months for our regular cleanings. I highly recommend this dentist.
