Dentist of Torrance

I truly appreciate the team at Dentist of Torrance. They were all friendly and professional from the moment I made my appointment over the phone, to arriving at the front desk. I was so nervous as it’s been such a long time I have been to the dentist. Jackie was great and helped me guiding me through the process and helped put me at ease. I started the first step in beginning my dental hygiene Jackie was great and helped me guiding me through the process and helped put me at ease. up and will be continuing my visits here. I truly recommend this dental office and if you feel unsure just book a consultation. It truly helped me and knowing my options and not feel pressured or overwhelmed.

I bit of my situation : I came in having an infection needing an extraction -implant and deep cleaning. My dental insurance is Delta. Jackie is very nice, Treated my family with respect and professionalism. They have alot of different financial programs (upon approval) that may assist you with your journey. Hygienist (deep cleaning) HUNG DIEM, was / is AMAZING, she's gentle yet precise and very knowledgeable . Dr Lim is/was AWESOME! He's professional, communicated with me about the procedure and did a fantastic job on my extraction. Marcie and Stacey thank you for your professionalism, services, empathy and taking the time to explain things to me.Overall great customer service from the team'! YOU ALL HAVE GREAT ATTITUDES, even on SAT mornings lol. The atmosphere is relaxed and I enjoy the music and TV's. They also checked up on me and followed up ! Super caring ! My greatest appreciation to the Dentist of Torrance team, I look forward to a continued dental relationship.

Thanks to Dr. Sharoz for helping me improve my smile she is wonderful and the best. Also the whole dental office is amazing and provide very professional service especially thanks to Priscila and Ana at the front desk they really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend this office to everybody the dentists are very knowledgeable and service is amazing.

So my perspective is from a person relatively new to LA and needing a dentist but not knowing anything of where to go. The office is nice and was playing 80s music, so far so good. 😁 Front desk reception was very nice. Even helping to locate my insurance, since it wasn't coming up with the typical numbers needed. Then once they found it, they gave the numbers to me, should I decide to go somewhere else. Not what I expected at all, and frankly was a great gesture. Once I was called back for xrays, Marcie was nothing short of amazing. She explained every step of the process and made the process not only quick but very easy. Once I spoke with the doctor, and got a treatment plan, (will update this review with her name as I forgot it), they worked with me on getting everything covered and making sure the out of pocket was as easy for me as possible. During treatment, I really cannot speak highly enough of the doctor, nor of the hygienist. Barely felt anything, even the shot, and if I did, they stopped and made sure to numb the specific area. When it came time to get a temp, Marcie was not only exceptionally fast, but made sure everything fit. I was genuinely surprised, it's clear she has been doing this a while and her expertise is quite refreshing. All in all, I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you are putting off going, because you don't know a good dentist, come here. They were willing to let me go anywhere else, and that means they had something that few other places do, a top-tier staff but at regular people prices.

What an amazing office. Saw Dr. shahrooz for all of my dentistry and ortho needs, she was very helpful and answered all my questions and took amazing care of me. My teeth look amazing and I couldn’t be any happier! Her assistant Chris was amazing too in the entire process and helped my dream of having perfect teeth come true. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for the best dental care.
