I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always nice, professional and accommodating. Dr. Kaul does a great job, explains everything thoroughly and makes the experience as pain free and easy as possible. Parking in this area can be a bit tricky on street cleaning days ( Wed & Fri ) so plan accordingly.

4 years ago I had a bridge in crown put in, by Dr Schaff, my teeth were so beautiful I cried, fast forward 4 years later, the crown broke off at the root, they assured me the zircon bridge and crown would last at least 40 years, I'm including pictures, to show you before or after and 4 years after, I have reached out to them and they are not honoring the guarantee they're saying the business has changed hands, the whole procedure cost $7,300, they could have at least offered me a discount, or an implant for their failed zircon crown, but after repeated calls I haven't heard a thing! I was a patient here for almost 30 years and I will never go back! Really bad patient Service

I visited the office in person to schedule an appointment , When a staff member eventually assisted me, his comments about my past visits hid tone felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as though I was being criticized rather than assisted in front of others who were setting in the reception . Since I aware the clinic is closed, Saturdays and Sundays , I explained that I work Monday through Friday and Despite this, I was immediately given an appointment at 11:30 a.m. without any discussion about my availability or consideration of my work schedule. Within ten minutes of leaving, I called to cancel—and booked another appointment at 3:00 p.m., requiring me to take time off work. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early. Even so, it took about 10 minutes before anyone assisted me. I was then asked to sign paperwork without seeing the screen Although he was explaining what I was singing. The fact I couldn’t verify what I was signing made me feel unsafe . The X-ray technician was outstanding, extremely professional, kind, and engaging. The dental cleaning technician was exceptional—professional, kind, and very attentive. Additionally, Rachel at the front desk was very patient, kind and did her best to provide helpful information. However, I waited for Dr. Kim to examine me after my cleaning almost the entire of episode of The Recruit that was playing on the TV screen front of me . It appears the office schedules multiple patients simultaneously, which leads to significant delays. While I understand that procedures can vary in length, it is frustrating to wait at every stage of treatment.

Bonnie, Liz, and Eric were all super friendly and nice. Dr. Kaul was very professional and thorough. He explained all my treatment options in a very patient way. I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but they made me feel really comfortable. I love this office! There should be more like them. I just wanted to thank them for the amazing service they gave me!
