Dental Design Studio City

Not a great experience. God shared the same information about eight times on a phone call where I was trying to set up a cleaning and agreed that I would be happy to do a full examination with the dentist. I have top Health Insurance and agree to everything they shared on the phone, and then the cherry on top was that even though they could get me in for an exam right away, there Dental hygienist will not be available until April. This is with me starting the conversation saying it was an urgent need due to needing to get special retainers. So despite all the information I shared, they wasted about 20 minutes of my time enjoying sharing their office policy and how exclusive and busy they are. Note to the owner: everybody is extremely busy, and you’re lucky to have new patients reaching out. With that entitled behavior and the way that the intake handle the call, I will not be recommending the dental office to anyone, because they took tremendous delight in sharing how incredibly busy impact they were. When you’re trying to get in for an urgent dental need you really don’t need to hear how popular the dentist is about 80 times. Thank you.

Everyone is very attentive and kind which means so much when you’re going through the dental process. The art of Lena Karakozian is very soothing to look at as you experience the Dental Design treatment.

For many years, I was afraid to go to the dentist and my teeth really suffered. I came To Dental Design and it was a total turnaround. Every person that I met in the office has been overly professional and friendly. If I would’ve met them years ago, my smile would be beautiful right now. Dr. Sacco made me feel comfortable and not scared about getting work done. I would suggest this office to anyone. It really helps when you’re greeted by smiling faces when you walk in. Thanks for the uplifting spirit in the office.

From Wendy, the Treatment Coordinator, to Assistant Jennifer to Dr. Taline, this is a top notch office! I was on the fence about shelling out for Invisalign, but the professionalism and genuine kindness in this office reassured me that I was making a worthy investment in myself and my health. Dental Design is the BEST!! I normally don’t enjoying going to the dentist, but when I read all the reviews and saw their segment on Oprah, I knew I had to give them a try! They’re so friendly, so not scary (haha!) and Dr. Sako and Dr. Taline are so patient and understanding. I recommend no one else but Dental Design. Give them a try - you won’t regret it!!
